Just an FYI that yes Alberta has a very short summer season but out east from Ontario and Quebec they have beautiful long hot summers! I have lived in both parts of the country and they each have their own beauty. I'm so glad you got to visit Alberta!
I really appreciated the HUBB when I started thinking about travelling in 1997. We used to live next to the golf course behind the Frontier restaurant. My brother and I would pick up golf balls out of the back yard.

Yiu evidently were in Lake louise in Nov 2022. Normally the melting glaciers disperse ground up rock powder into the lake. This cause the water to turn turquoise blue in the summer months. I've skied many times @ Lake Louise; but never experienced great conditions there unfortunately, but that's skiing.

Tim Horton's = Apple Fritters; the best choice. Some of the best bike roads in Canada are between Banff and Nakusp. I do hope you get to ride them, not just drive them.
