I saw it happen on live TV was a wild moment when Reynolds arrived out of control. Also, I’ve said before on this platform I believe our Australian commentators, and also tech and broadcast crew are among the if not the best in the world. Great job boys. Glad the drivers are OK. Looking forward to tomorrow.
5 red flags in 1 day at the Brazilian F1 race recently and I was shouting at the screen, where's Riana asking the drivers if they're okay to start the next session? Where's Larko breaking down what's happened and showing us what needs repairing?
Where did the car end up that lost the front right hand wheel & couldnt stop & knocked over the concrete barrier ? Because it looked like there was only a mesh fence behind the concrete blocks.
The kerb is there to keep them from bouncing off the inner guardrail and having an even bigger shunt as it gives the drivers a bit of pause as they know it will bounce them into the outside wall, thus slowing them down a little bit more than they would want otherwise. Moving it back(if they even can) would encourage drivers to go in harder as the corner is now wider and they can carry more speed depending on grip.
I agree there would be a lot less damage if that curb wasn't there the only reason the cars are as totalled as they are is because they where in the air when they hit the inside wall that curb got them airborne giving no chance at a less destructive impact

Love the graphic of the car being stripped completely away, and pointing out the pieces. More of these breakdowns and more technical info please!
Larko is just brilliant, need more like this
That’s why we respect him so much. He’s been around for seems like a 100 years 😂😂😂
I learned a lot in this video. Very informative.

Tend to agree Larko. Although I would like to see that inner curb moved or made flat as it appears it upsets the cars though that corner.

Send it bend it repeat
That’s what it is all the time.
More bad luck for davey, i don't know how he keeps his good humour, but i hope he,s ok and he can still have a bit of fun over the weekend!
