Catfishing the Falls of the Ohio, Lower gates

Today we head down to Louisville, Ky to fish the Falls of the Ohio aka Mcalpine dam. At the lower gates of the river we find a deep boil or eddy In swift current and throw some premium skip jack to locate some good catfish.
