Elizabeth in this AU was supposed to be a triplet, her sisters died during birth. So William, after they reunited experimented on Elizabeth and made two clones of her. She got to charge their appearance and names so they could be like triplets.

Just saying as i do not know what you do and do not know and just don't want misinformation to be accidentally spread.
