if you dont mind me asking, how come you don't use a running martingale to keep her head slightly down? (I'm in America and everyone usually has a martingale for jumpers when competing at events like these) Fantastic riding btw!

I actually use one now funnily enough! I only didn't use to have one because i like keeping tack as minimalistic as possible because the more you add sometimes it can affect the way they jump! I used one now because jumping the bigger fences she can get a bit too keen lol! xx Thank you x

after my horse went lame in the trailer from hitting her leg, i always put boots on😁

See it’s all personal preference. Sometimes they can do more damage having boots on than not! Mine wear boots their but not on the way back as trips are short and their legs are very very hot and sweaty!! (Not worth overheating their tendons and ligament). Hope your horse recovered well! Xx

Molly & Ella Showjumping yes definitely preference. thankfully we have a big team that goes out to shows and i’m usually done 2-3 hours before the rest of the team finishes so it won’t bother her and she’s already cooled off and ready to go. she did thankfully!!
