    LMR, happy to report I finally found time to replace my driver-side bottom seat cover (2018 Ecoboost Prem Convertible) and followed your video along the way. You did not miss a single step and thanks to you everything went smoothly. Again, I appreciate you taking the time to post such a helpful and informative video!

      I'm about to do the same, was the cover hard to clip into the foam and back onto the seat frame?

    Thanks for the video, I added a heated seat kit to my cloth seats and it was very helpful

      That’s a great idea! What kind did you get? I’d love to add heated seats/cooling seats myself

      @@chadsmith7542 I bought kit off Amazon. I believe the brand was kbd. It was only $60 and included everything for both front seats. It works great and seats still look perfect.

    Excellent video. Thank you. One comment, my 2021 GT Premium with heated/cooled seats has T-55 bolts holding it to the floor, not T-50.

    Man i have some seat covers that have to go through the seat and i have to up fasten the piece underneath to get the back of the seat off. Do i need a tool? Ive tried to reach underneath the seat and unfasten but no luck. Would rather not take my whole seats out to get to it.

    The heating and cool seats will still be functional if we’re replacing factory leather seats correct?

    • @latemodelrestoration
      @latemodelrestoration  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      The Katkinz leather is not compatible with heating and cooling seats. If you plan to replace the the factory leather for something else, feel free to give us a call at 1-866-507-3786 or email us at customerservice@lmr.com

      Late Model Restoration that’s weird I assumed the heater and cooler were under the foam if we’re only replacing the seat covers it shouldn’t be any problems

    Would this removal be the same with leather seats?

    • @latemodelrestoration
      @latemodelrestoration  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes, this same procedure can be used on any of the OEM seats in the S550. - Jay

    Do you guys know how I could replace the seat belt guide strap?

    • @latemodelrestoration

      You'll have to check in with your local Ford dealer if you're looking to buy one or have them replace it
