The homes are nice but its ridiculous that they are so close together. The whole idea of the suburbs is some elbow room privacy between neighbors and have a long driveway, a nice size yard.

No offense but i feel like these are all kinda ugly. I usually like McMansions but these just seem overly ostentatious and gaudy. They all have like 12' ceilings, 3 car garages(even on ones that would look better with 2) they have faux balconies, way too steep pitched roofs and faux stone. They just look like they were designed to be as large looking as possible.

Well some people like that kind of design. Other prefer something more modern. It is good to have a choice.

For 2 million canadian or 1.5 million US one can buy a home three-four times bigger in the usa. This Canada is a RIPOFF.

USA is not a monolith though. You can probably buy a mansion with a million dollars in Kensas or Dallas but you'll struggle to buy a decent townhouse in some areas of SFO or NewYork . Toronto is Canada's New York meanwhile. so yeah.

Hi guys, thank you for the video. These are exactly the type of videos I am currently interested in, so it is highly appreciated. I am reading all type of different prices and reasons why one neighbourhood is superior to another one, but like everywhere else I have lived, I tend to believe a local or my own experiences. 👍

Thanks for your feedback on the video. We are planning to make a video about the difference between neighbourhoods.
