Just booked a last minute trip for this weekend and I am heading up tonight to Mammoth from LA. Thanks for the video, this helped tremendously on selecting hikes to do!
We went there one week ago but we never hike your videos is very informative. We will try the easiest trails. Thanks for your videos. More power and more videos from you to watch!
@@ivypichon4089 thank you Ivy! Isn't it an amazing place!? Hopefully you can get back up there to hit the trails sometime soon! Don't worry, we have a ton of new videos coming up! Have a great night!
Leaving tomorrow for Mammoth with my wife and two girls for 5 days. Any recommendations for our first, easy, and beautiful hikes? Please let us know. Thanks for sharing!
Hey guys! I think it all depends on your skill level. Also depending on where you are coming in from you might need a day or so to acclimate before any major hikes.
trees are knocked over by winter & spring snow avalanches - a lot of weight and mass in a soggy snow mass results in powerful kinetic energy that knocks even big trees over.
Great information...so many opportunities around Mammoth. High quality video and footage. Nice work.
Thank you so much! There really is something for almost everyone up there! 😎
Horseshoe lake loop trail. 7:47 is a great hike to start with. 👍🏽😊
Definitely a great lil starter, especially if it is your first day up there and you are acclimating to the altitude. :)
Just in time! Spending a week in Mammoth in June. Thank you!

Beautiful scenery! I am "too old" and too far away (Wisconsin) to take the hikes, so the video is very welcome. Good music.

hoping to try some of these easier hikes, mid Sept, hoping start of some Fall colors, but might be early.
Have a great trip! We were up there in mid October when we saw the colors. Hopefully you get to experience it too! 😎
