Except the fact, the wild +4 is replaced with a wild +2, the +2 is replaced with +1, the cards are smaller than the other one, and there is no blank cards like there is
Sorry if you already found out, but no it's not exactly the same. It has the same amount of cards and both has no Wild +4 but the biggest difference is the size, UNO Express cards are the same size as standard UNO card, while Uno GO! is smaller, between the size of World's Smallest UNO and regular UNO card size.
@@mrjuicejunior If you only care about the use, then yes. However if both are available to buy, knowing every single difference (in this case, card size and cost) allows someone to make a better choice, just trying to be helpful, that's all.
