    3:33 that time when we did not even suspect that the pandemic would come. we were happy we were wow I stayed with that dream of seeing Emeril live cooking something for me 💔💔💔

    Emeril taught me how to cook when my wife said “ enough is enough”.. thank god and Emeril he did!! Great style and understanding approach to something not so easy, especially if you have a Hungry Wife!!!

    I am doing this for my husbands tea! With sausages fresh from the butchers (pork and leak) That has put my mind at rest what to make that's different using potaoes and left over cheese from Christmas! Thanks Emeril! x

    how come you don't slice oregano and rosemary as to release their flavors ???

      elimonjal You dont need to slice them when they are being grilled. Just like you dont need to slice them if your adding them to some kind of acid like vinegar, because the acid will also start to release the flavor of the herbs too. Italians barely ever slice basil, because they are cooking with the herb.

      in my opinion he's the opposite, he left the food network and let his show be cancelled because he didn't want to be a competition chef like bobby flay or guy fierri. so I respect him because of that he just wanted to teach people how to cook good simple dishes.
