As we all know, the last season left a lot to be desired. One of the things I liked most about the last season was that Jon, Tormund, and Ghost get to go back home, north of the wall together. I imagine that Jon and Tormund find some homely, but good looking wildling ladies, and make a bunch of black and red haired kids running around growing up together. What a great story GRRM created.

I read a whole theory of how it should have ended, and the final part for tormmund was taking lyannas place in killing the giant protecting winterfell, and i honestly feel it would of been the perfect end to his arc.
I'll forever have a sour taste in my mouth for how they ended this show but god dammit if it wasn't the best thing I have ever watched for several seasons.
If they started back before the last 2 seasons, or just the last 1 season, then I would watch it with the same passion. It was such a captivating show that know doesn’t even feel like it existed at all

I slightly disagree cause i think jon would grant them independence, but if they were needed they would arrive in a heart beat no questions asked which is true loyalty if you ask me and have the attitude of "we dont answer to no one but the "little crow" and tormund all you other kneelers can go fuck yourselves" cause to me they kinda were already following jon after hardholme and definitely after battle of the bastards while tormund was like the right hand man cause if tormund was cool with an "order" from jon the rest would follow suit maybe be a bit belligerent but hey thats thats the freefolk for ya
