I tried my own No Touch Challenge in Super Mario World, and there are only 3 instances where you HAVE to touch something to complete the game the normal way. (Not counting bosses, and Mechakoopas in bowser fight) 1. The key exit to escape the forest of illusion 2. One of the guys on the winged blocks 3. Somewhere in donut plains, but I forget which part. and Star Road is not possible without raising the number of things touched, because of Keys to get there and keys to get through the opening part. (Although the 8 levels in star road ARE possible, just damn infuriating)
