500 gm basmati rice
500 gm shrimps
7 spoon oil
7 spoon ghee
little whole garam masala
6 pes onion slice
2 pes tomato slice
1 spoon tomato paste
3 spoon ginger garlic paste
salt to tast
1 spoon turmeric powder
half spoon cumin powder
half spoon Coriander powder
half spoon paprika powder
3 spoon yougurt
2 spoon Shan Biryani masala powder
little coriander chopped
little mint chopped
2 pes lemon juice
4/5 pes green chilli
little saffron water
2 spoon rose water

Like Cumin, corriander, cinnamon black pepper, cardamom bay leaf ect
