  • How tight does the Rockset actually hold? How do you adjust a crush washer to correctly time a combo compensator/brake? These questions and more answered so stay tuned!

Keep up the good work! Just bought my suppressor. Your videos have been very helpful, especially the ultrasonic cleaning video.

Precision armament accu washers. And there was something wrong with your rocksett. I have installed and removed many. You should have to boil the device (not a good pot). When mine come off the residue is just softer than the metal and is very very hard to get off the threads. I would say it was old or ecpecially if it was from silencerco in the white tube or you got acetone in it before it set up.. I bought a bottle cause it didnt look right, it was milky.

Good to know…. I was expecting it to be much harder. I know it wasn’t the acetone, it evaporates away pretty quick. It was the white tube from SICO so it could have been old.

Really like your video and a good tip on filing a crush washer to fit. I have the same Trident suppressor on my Howa 1500 6.5 Creedmoor. I wrapped two tight windings of electrical tape on the jaws on my crescent wrench before timing, didn’t leave any marks at all on the suppressor doing that, the coating on the Trident seemed pretty thin on all three I have.
