It came with a lubrication port in the cylinder... seriously though I reckon that pinhole could be plugged with a small blob of solder or metal adhesive.
🤣 Actually, the hole is so small I don't think it really affects the accuracy or power which, with the original spring still fitted, is probably a whopping 3.5ft/lb at the moment. 😂 It is my 'Fun' gun, after all. 👍
@@LPGexpert Nothing wrong with a low power airgun for plinking. My old BSA Cadet is doing about the same and still accurate for 10m. That hole in the cylinder is tiny so it's not going to make a big difference either way. Cheers!
Brilliantly done Tony. I think when the lock was spinning like that you caught it right in the brain box, nerves you see and all that haha. I had a good chuckle watching that thing spin so much we had some serious revolutions on the go there mate.
Thanks, Dan. I enjoyed the restoration, it was for pleasure more than anything else. Judging by how long it takes the pellets to travel 25m I reckon I've managed to increase the power to about 3.5fpe now. 🤣 👍
Get the hole brazed, and get your self a pellet catcher and some reactive targets, and you will see were the pellets go and get zeroed in I have 5 smk rifles two B2s three under leavers for the price all together was less then £400 and all brand new and all in 22cal plus all my Hw,rifles to. But get that hole fixed my two b2 rifles are 10.5 ftlbs and there very good.
I'm not that fussed, Stephen. It was only a project rifle, and it cost me nothing anyway. I've got a new BSA Meteor Evo in .22 that I use too. Thanks for the suggestion, though. 👍

Was given a b2hf...im going to strip it and tune a little...🎯👍
Good for you. Well done. 👍
£30 for a bit of fun / project ... That's a bargain .. like the swinging Yale lock , shooting stuff like that sharpens you up for competition ..
It didn't cost me a penny, Mark. The rifle was free and all the stuff I used I already had in the house. 👍
