I really like the new format with training in the front and the reaction content in the back of the video. And that's comming from someone that almost always skips the training content. Having the option in every video to chose is really nice. Great content as always!
man i'm a personal trainer in a commercial gym in Poland, so i rarely do some C&J and snatches just to improve my overall fitness and work in those deep ROM to keep my mobility at high level. and i like to watch how someone is exersising . it's a kind of meditation -repetetive movements. so i defenetly like the new format . also i started watching you because i'm 2meters tall guy and you know what i'm talking about. now i can squat deep with 180-200 kg but it tooks me a loooot. and watching a guy like you was a huge motivaton for me. yes you suffer a lot too to reach this level. but it worth yes it worth. i was doing a part of you routine. and yesterday almost everyone at the commercial gym wathing me - jacked super tall 115 kg dude is squating 180 kg x5. smooth deep with a control. man i'm proud of myself after heavy sessions. all i wanna say - huge thanks to you
I’m also 2m tall and what I have found that something that really helps my with depth is using elevation on my heels or doing hack squats, it is so much easier to feel my legs and I feel none of it my back!
Is there literally just one lady? I am a subscriber, and a lady, so am I the lady??!! So proud!!! I like the way you're varying your content and keeping it informative but often playful. Is that the kinda thing a lady would say, ha ha?
There are 3.5% of his watchers that are ladies. So a little more than one, but still a lot less of us than blokes! We are a select few with excellent taste :P
Disregarding Sumo vs the rest conventional, I definitely think dude should not have been allowed to use straps. I bet Angel could get 405+ if he actually spent time deadlifting. He also looks like he'd be much better doing Sumo if we're talking leverages. He looked like he wasn't very comfortable with heavy deadlifting and unlike some of the other dudes decided to not go all out (understandably), definitely much more humble.
Watching this made me feel less bad about my 375lb x3 deadlift pr today. Weird how the internet fcks with your head and your perception about what is strong to the average population.
The straps were unfair. I don’t mind him pulling sumo, but If we’re testing strength, then your grip strength should be a factor. It does not count for this competition.
When I first saw that video I definitely picked Angel to be #1 as well. Also not really the same test if the last guy was allowed to use straps, although they could have said straps were allowed from the beginning and no one else decided to use any.
I just saw that video! Actually seemed pretty fun, maxing out on deadlift with a bunch of guys like that. Though yeah, that one guy looked like he was lifting too much and risked snap city.
Yeah. I think it might be really cool to to just compete with a bunch of dudes. I wanna have fights like that too. I love fighting but I always hate the feeling afterwards. Its like your own hate hurts your soul just as much as their fists hurt your body. The first time I fought a friendly fight it was amazing.
there are chapters so you can skip the training parts of the video. i’ve gotten way too much positive feedback on this format and I enjoy it too much to separate the two.
That surprised me actually. I expected one or two of them to be closer to 600lbs. Funny eh. Honestly if i was standing with them i would have ranked myself in 2 or 3. And would have ended up 1...Shocked by the taller guy, and to a lesser extent the military guy. But the fellow with the tree trunk thighs was hugely surprising. He could pull another 200-250 just with practice and coaching alone. But yeah.
this was just my ig post that I made with the test footage. decided not to unstretch it bc I didn’t care. Lol this is a proper film with a million dollar budget. Those things are going to be taken care of 😂
@@zacktelander hey man im in sales sometimes i gotta email a dude 4 times in a row and even send a message on linkden which is pathetic to haha but its part of the game! at least i deleted all my social media.
i think a lot of the reason Olympic training is such a fringe sport is it doesn't really give much of a physique as evident by Zack , not hating at all its just an observation.
Eh well it's not like many other sports give a physique. And 1s that do like ring gymnastics aren't always popular. I suspect it's the skill level requirement along with the fact it's not well known
I really need to understand how is it that you look dyel but big at the same time lmao. Also, I wouldn't believe you can deadlift almost 600lbs if it weren't for you literally showing us your training.
@jumbo whoa. Chill man. The guys probably more or less meaning that he’s stronger than he looks. As opposed to guys like elite level swimmers (sprinters and breast strokers in particular) who often look stronger than they are.

As a powerlifter with long arms, I approve of “how much can you deadlift?” as the only test of strength in the general public 😂
Yea. Fuck bench (because of the long arms)
Lol it’s probably the easiest thing to set up for a quick test, so as a bench boy, I will need to get better at deadlifting
same
Wish it was squat. So many people are deadlift freaks it seems so mine is nothing special but people always love my squat technique.
So much relatable to the bodybuilding industry of today

at the end of the day it wasn’t a competition and was just a fun video, no harm in dude wearing straps, they’re all strong
I like it that you showed training first this time. All your other content is great but the training is what got me on your channel in the beginning!
Zack. "that's a lot of damage" made me fall of the treadmill
How strong is Chris williamson though? Zack, do a strength challenge with him in the squat, bench, deadlift
Great video Zack! Happy to be one of the 3.5% :)
Hello from a representative lady 😂; enjoyed the video, wish they’d have all lifted the same way, one way or another.
Hello, fellow lady! We are few but quality!
Bring more training content! It's GREAT and i love it!

Tell that to strongmen
nice appreciate the commitment to the role 🙂
Bro bring the beard back! Look like a beast in that sample video for the movie.

Yes
About 200mgs subcutaneous injections daily

Maybe that 3% girl are just men watching from other family member account xd. Good content Zack !!
Nope. We're actually women. We like weightlifting too!
can u pls film vids and workouts sepreate i love both but get distracted mid vid
there are chapters so you can skip the training parts of the video. i’ve gotten way too much positive feedback on this format and I enjoy it too much to separate the two.
It's not the guy throwing haymakers in a bar fight, the one throwing jabs is the one im worried about.
😆 I'm part of that 3.5% that watches and subscribe to Zack's channel.
Yes!!!
You need to watch that Jubilee IQ video it is hilarious
Coach's dumps are just part of his pre-workout routine.
I was surprised by their relatively low deadlifts for their size, tbh.
The guy on the right clearly looks more massive from the get-go. Since we are expecting the shocker, I would guess the guy in the middle then?
Need the pretendo beard for one of your music videos
Why the hell hasn't Jubilee released a 5 Women Rank Themselves By Strength?
That would actually be interesting, girl's bodies very so much even amongst people who workout
If it helps, when I watched it I mixed up the top two. Otherwise had them right
The only time I’ll ever be part of the elite 3.5%

My daily dose of preworkout vibes

"Lady and gentlemen!"
I feel so special!!!!!
MMA guys fill out their weight class pretty effectively. Skill over muscle but guys at the top of weight class are usually pretty fucking yoked
Technique is just the most effective application of strength. Just like in a deadlift.
Liked!
Dude that took straps, belt and pulled sumo got DQed, it doesn't count
diced to the sock, bruv
Can't go anywhere without someone saying "wholesome"
Excuse me... Where on earth has that beard been? Why was it only in the promo and not on your face all the time?
Really enjoyed that video. Supportive dudes. Wish it wasn't sumo vs standard.
Yeah gonna be a good movie
I wish I could’ve been in that line up. I weight 157 and could pull 415 conventional. Curious where they’d want to put me with my small size
How tall? 5'6"?
It's not exactly a surprise that the longest limbed and heaviest guy won the deadlift.
Beard Zack is badass
yoooo are you guys shooting the weight in anamorphic? gotta resize that image to 2.39:1 bro it looks FUNKY.

I'm part of the 3.5%! 😂 But I mainly watch because Zack's hot and I also like learning about weighting I guess... 💜💜🙄😉😁
Fellow Zak fan hello!
Weight can override a lot of skill, most actual fighters will agree to that
part of the 3.5% 😆✌🏻
Is weighing 265Ibs really good for you? Surely your heart et al is not meant to support this sort of weight. Not worth risking your health for a role
Definitely shouldn't be able to use straps if the other participants couldn't.
I love straps
Zack hire a bodybuilding coach and nutritionist.
Now I want a Phil Swift natty or not
It would be the best if he just swings in from the side at these five guys right when they're done lifting.
But he used straps!
Haha, guess, I am the lady then :-D Hey gentlemen.
There's several of us, and we rock.
Zack, that beard, never cut it off!
Sumo Deadlift is not a deadlift
If your super strong, your goal is a one hitter quitter or get good at chokin the dookie outta people. The later is probably your best bet
Zack doing... bodybulding??? are you hitting the bath houses later too?? straight into the gas station bathstalls after I suppose
It’s always the dude with the oversized t shirt
i’m the lady :) hey!
Nah. you're probably a dude pretending to be lady. 0% of Zacks audience is femalele

@jumbo Is that really sub 14%? I think he is around 16-17% which isn't a bad thing though.
@jumbo I mean he doesnt look muscular, fit fuck yeah, but not really muscular. I am not talking about shredded 7%bf but come on dude.
@jumbo whoa. Chill man. The guys probably more or less meaning that he’s stronger than he looks. As opposed to guys like elite level swimmers (sprinters and breast strokers in particular) who often look stronger than they are.
Ranking the strongest by deadlift? Meh…

Please put training in the end. I keep having to skip to the topic. Or timestamp it for us?
