Construction works were executed by BOG'ART, CON-A (leader) and UTI Construction and Facility Management, and included:
expanding the terminal from 6,200 sqm to 22,400 sqm;
increasing the number of boarding gates from five to seven;
doubling the number of security filters from three to six;
increasing the number of check-in counters from eight to 21 (of which seven are automated);
implementing advanced airport technologies;
