If window defender not blocking the rockstar services then try to restart ur router. It might be IP problem. If that also not working then try to leave ur launcher as it is to see if any msg is popping up. It might take like 10 mins to pop a msg. Also make sure to check rockstar server if it is down or online when u r having login issue bcz sometime it's server issue not urs - support.rockstargames.com/servicestatus
