Paula, mine is a SodaStream and I’ve had mine for over 10 years. I love it, especially for my electrolytes, I use Key Nutrients because it has more than just potassium and sodium. For the CO2 canister my local Walmart will exchange your empty one for only $15 instead of the full purchase price of $30. For .flavors I just use whichever water flavoring drops I have on hand.

I guess I will be hitting Aldi’s for some ingredients to make your recipe! Looks delicious! And I may try the broccoli as well with the bacon. I have not tried bacon before with it. I usually load my green beans down with it and some onion and garlic. Great Video!

Have you tried Beef Goulash? very keto friendly. Make it in a crockpot for 4 hours on high the meat is so tender. take care. (or 8 hours low)

I have a super easy recipe for homemade pesto that only has 4 ingredients if you don’t want to use store bought. Most store bought pesto has bad oils

A creative dinner! A question about electrolytes: isn’t the point of electrolyte replacement (such as LMNT) supposed to be consumed during the fasting period to keep body chemistry in balance?

Mix it up to confuse your body. Early breakfast lunch and no dinner/supper. Some days eat 3 meals. It works for me still losing weight after 18 months.
