It all depends. Alexis is Puerto Rican and many Puerto Ricans do pronounce the V as a B in some words, but not in all. The same applies when there’s a B, sometimes we tend to "change" it with a V. For example VACA (cow in English) we say BACA. There is also the case when some Puerto Ricans change the B in the word "CABRON" with a V, but for this one you have to pay really close attention when we speak because it’s not that noticeable
