Spoilers ahead for the Lilo & Stitch franchise: Hamsterviel was more evil than you give him credit for. As the guy who reported Jumba, he is responsible for the glitch seen in Lilo & Stitch 2: Stitch has a Glitch. The reason Stitch had this glitch was because Jumba got arrested while Stitch’s molecules were charging up. Now, in case anybody forgot, this glitch was basically some sort of seizure disorder: he would go into an altered state of consciousness (glowing green eyes, not remembering what happened), lose control of his body (limbs, spikes, and antennae popping in and out randomly; destroying things without trying to; twitching about), and then when it was over, he would be tired and have a headache, and, oh yeah, with each episode, he got closer and closer to dying because the circuitry in his brain was wearing out. Thankfully, unlike in real life, Lilo loving him was enough to bring him back after he did die. This is intense stuff. And if Hamsterviel never reported Jumba, then Stitch would not have had this problem.

I liked Hunchback of Notre Dame 2 and he doesn't have a daughter, he only made her a part of his circus after she stole a few coins because she needed them. You forgot to mention that Morgana hated Ursula because she was favored by their mother. To be honest Little Mermaid 2 is probably my favorite Disney sequel along with Pocohantus 2 and Cinderella a twist in time.
I never took Hämsterviel seriously as a kid. The fact that we were supposed to consider the loud-mouthed little turd a "villain" felt like an insult... But Leroy is an interesting case. He and Stitch started out in the same way, but the major difference between them is that they were both molded by their situations and surroundings. Stitch was set loose after his arrest without any set mission/motive to drive him to be evil (aside from his inherent programming), leaving him to absorb new concepts like _love_ and _family._ Leroy on the other hand was immediately put into action as a weapon (in his fight with Stitch) from the moment he was created, and then sent out to _ONLY_ further his destructive ends by Hämsterviel.
Basically what it boils down to is that Stitch wasn't given the motive or freedom to be evil, while Leroy wasn't given the freedom or motive to be good.

Bradley Uppercrust III would likely be most evil seeing that he not only tried to cheat during the X games but he causes the accident during the final race that not only endangered the lives of both Max and Goofy but his own teammate Tank and didn't even care about Tank's safety nor did he even bother to come to his aid, the silver medal of evil should go to Principal Mauzer simply for the moment where he tells Goof a concerned parent that his son Max could possibly end up in on death row all over hijacking a school assembly.

Fatlinda Krasniqi heres why i think cody and joseph are worse than junior, and there are spoilers in this comment so keep that in mind befor hitting read more Cody while being the smartest one in the group and being the voice of reason, he is also delusional and he thinks his ken doll is real, which doesn’t bring him down too much, but he also took advantage of chef pee pee, bowser, bowser junior, and joseph, and he also blacklisted junior, yes junior has been a jerk to cody but what cody did is not only too far but it is also illegal But joseph is even worse, in joseph the millionaire he abuses his butler chives, and it is also revealed that he has been a millionaire for a long time, meaning that Joseph has been lying to his friends all along, he also abused richard goodman after saving him from being hit by a car
He felt unappreciated as a human and in his cursed state he felt appreciated so he probably didn't care about whether or not he was mobile so Forte's motives are understandable also Forte made the movie for me because Tim Curry.
I’ve got a brilliant idea for a good to evil or even a weak to powerful list: Danny Phantom ghosts. In no particular order, the list(s) would include to following: Vlad, Dark Danny, Skulker, Box Ghost, Cindy Poindexter, Technus, Ember, Lunch Lady Ghost, Spectra/Bertrand, Johnny 13/Kitty, Prince Aragon, Desiree, Freakshow, Youngblood, Wulf (the ghost wolf), Fright Knight, Hotep RA, Nocturn, Pariah Dark, Vortex, Walker, Undergrowth, the Ghost Writer, Klemper, Princess Dorathea, and Amorpho. This is pretty much almost every single ghost character who has ever made at least one appearance in the show. Comment below how you would rank the ghosts from good to evil or even from weak to powerful.
Dr. Hamsterville, in no small part due to Leory and what he tried to do in the Stitch anime. Especially the final special where he tried to destroy the Earth by ramming another planet right into it.

She isn’t the worst villain. I don’t find her as threatening or evil as Ursula. Ursula was more of a fraudster than Morgana by making a lot more shady deals with merfolk and placing them into her garden by turning them into polyps. While Ursula and Morgana had least some redeemable traits, Ursula caring for her pet eels and Morgana having insecurities and also tragedies in her childhood, Morgana is someone I can feel some pity for as Ursula was shown favoritism by her mother more than Morgana which led Morgana becoming more evil and insecure and was tragic. I would probably have placed Morgana before Sa’luk and King Runeard as the worst villain and Percival C. McLeach as the second most evil and Zira the third most evil. Leroy was not the worst sequel villain.
Morgana threatening to feed baby Melody to Undertow was not For The Evulz. I think she just wanted to prove to herself that she could succeed where Ursula had failed.

Spoken Introduction: Gregory... It looks like you are trapped here in the PizzaPlex until morning... To survive the night you are going to need a kick-ass 80s action anthem... That is not a show program I can provide... But luckily for you Superstar, there IS someone who can... VERSE 01: So you’re trapped after dark in the park and you’re tasked with surviving the night? So your ma and your pa have departed the party and left you to fight. So hang tight, to the tickets you’ve won. And your toy laser gun. Set your Faz-watch to ‘fun’. ‘Cause it’s hide and seek hunted by musical monsters. Ain’t that what you wanted? You came for some games and a bite. The doors have all closed but the stage has been set so on with the show, no escaping it yet. The night is still young and the fun’s just begun, you’ve been played like your grave of arcade cabinets. PRE-CHORUS: When you’ve gates stormed by gators and wolves at the door. When the power is down, you can’t bear any more. When each tick of the clock has you checking your watch and the chicken is watching you hungry for gore... Oh, the fun that’s in store! (Oh, the fun that’s in store!) CHORUS: Come get a pizza the action! You want a pizza the action! A tasty pizza the action! You'll get a pizza the action! VERSE 2: Stupendium: So come pick your destiny off of the menu! (Cosmo: Fate won’t wait ‘til the sun comes up!) Stupendium: Or be laid to rest in your favourite venue! (Cosmo: Arcade to arcade, crust to crust.) In this amusement park you are the Super Star. We know that you’ll go far but you must choose your path. Those neon tubes cast shadows on a truth so dark. It’s up to you to battle to its putrid hearts! Stupendium: So savour the taste of your last pepperoni! (Cosmo: You’ve got a party pass to a backstage tour!) Stupendium: ‘Cause you’re taking the stage for one night only! (Cosmo: But will dawn chorus be your encore?) BRIDGE: Perhaps it’s your birthday? Or your graduation? We’re always the first place for a celebration. Now maybe you’ve heard say, of some violations, but it’s not since Thursday we’ve had strangulations. The go-karts are revved, and the ball pit’s been cleaned. Montgomery’s ready to tear up the scene, Roxy’s got the rock that’s just got to be seen, just as soon as Chica’s cleaned out the canteen. Hear the cry of the fans as we strike up the band. Now the time is at hand for the tightest of jams. ‘Cause it’s tiny and cramped where you’re hiding but Vanny won’t find you when crammed inside our leading man!! PRE-CHORUS: When you’ve gates stormed by gators and wolves at the door. When the power is down, you can’t bear any more! When the Sun’s gone away but the Moon’s come to play a more punishing game till the break of the dawn... Oh, the fun that’s in store! (Oh, the fun that’s in store!) CHORUS: Come get a pizza the action! You want a pizza the action! A tasty pizza the action! You'll get a pizza the action! Spoken Outroduction: Darkness falls across the mall, and metal mascots stalk the halls. More murderous with each defect, and out to prowl the pizzaplex. And whomsoever shall be found by S.T.A.F.F. Bot hoards that roll around, must then escape the bunny’s wrath, or rot inside a stomach hatch. The air is filled with pungent reek, of robots oiled in pizza grease, and terrors bathed in neon light, are on the hunt to grab a bite. For no amount of birthday cake, piñatas, games or fanfare, will help a lonely child survive the night at Freddy Fazbear’s…. Btw Cosmo the Parrot is a fan made animatronic.

That depends
Dan Phizamei again that depends.
The lion king 2 was good
RiffRaff 794 ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

I think Zera should've at least been in the top 3 and not just an honorable mention
Same! Zira is absolutely evil. It's what makes her such a good villain. She's so consumed by hate that even her own children are just expendable tools to her.
Zira was quite an insane villian.
The second Atlantis movie was actually supposed to be a series, but after some episodes got produced it fell apart, so they did literally stitch some episodes together to make a movie out of it.

A Goofy Movie And The Sequel Characters Good to Evil
Ooooooo that’s a good one
Surprisingly pete would not be the most evil
@@renamon5658 Yea, He's just a really bad father.

Finally! A list video that includes Forte in it!
Hey, where is Percival C. McLeach?
Oh yeah they missed him just like in thier Disney villain ranking, and Disney villain henchmen ranking.
He would be more evil than Dr Hamsterviel but less evil than Saluk
Honestly if the amoral and mindless Stitch clones Hämsterveil made are at the top, I’d just put Dr. Hämsterveil at the top, replacing his Stitch clones, since HE created them.
I think that Zira is the most evil but that's just my opinion (I'm bias because I adore anything Lion King related)
also Lion King 2 and Little Mermaid 2 are the only good sequels imo
My favorite Disney sequel villains are Zira, Sellock, and Morgana.

Rian Johnson.
Rose Tico

Do Dreamworks villains: evil to most evil
WickedBinge already did!
The only villains I actually liked were the grandfather of Elsa and Anna and the other villain was Ursula’s sister
All the sequel villains are so underrated
I think their missing Firebird from Fantasia: 2000
The lady from Little Mermaid: Ariels Beginning have been Ursula. They could have exiled her and dubbed her Ursula.
Zira is very evil. She was so toxic to her own son. She made poor Kovu so frightened and sad when she killed his own parents. Zira is the disney villain who is so demonic and cruel and unfair and toxic.
Terminator characters: good to evil
All six movies and maybe the Sarah Connor show too
Damn, I thought Zira would definitely have taken the cake.

Hmm, that image of Zira in the thumbnail looks suspiciously like fan art...
Pretty good list but you forgot McCleish from The Rescuers Down Under. He kidnaps and threatens the life of a kid by feeding him to crocodiles 🐊 He also promised his lizard Johanna the eggs of an endangered species and wants to kill the last golden eagle

Do super mario logan good to evil
Good: woody & rosalina
Grey: mario, jeffy, & junior
Bad: cody & joseph
Evil: goodman & black yoshi
Cody and joseph are neutral
Fatlinda Krasniqi heres why i think cody and joseph are worse than junior, and there are spoilers in this comment so keep that in mind befor hitting read more
Cody while being the smartest one in the group and being the voice of reason, he is also delusional and he thinks his ken doll is real, which doesn’t bring him down too much, but he also took advantage of chef pee pee, bowser, bowser junior, and joseph, and he also blacklisted junior, yes junior has been a jerk to cody but what cody did is not only too far but it is also illegal
But joseph is even worse, in joseph the millionaire he abuses his butler chives, and it is also revealed that he has been a millionaire for a long time, meaning that Joseph has been lying to his friends all along, he also abused richard goodman after saving him from being hit by a car
He also cheated in cody meets harry
Where's author from wreck it Ralph 2 I will give give him the gold medal
You left out Percival McCleach from The Rescuers Down Under Disney's first Disney sequel Villain.
Forte's plan of being a pipe organ forever is really stupid considering, again, he is BOLTED TO THE WALL, AND CAN NOT MOVE!!
He felt unappreciated as a human and in his cursed state he felt appreciated so he probably didn't care about whether or not he was mobile so Forte's motives are understandable also Forte made the movie for me because Tim Curry.
I hope you do more theory videos in the future... Miss those
I would like to see which of these villains are the most powerful.
Authur Characters Good to Most Good
Gamekip99 most evil DW
you mean Arthur
I’ve got a brilliant idea for a good to evil or even a weak to powerful list: Danny Phantom ghosts.
In no particular order, the list(s) would include to following:
Vlad, Dark Danny, Skulker, Box Ghost, Cindy Poindexter, Technus, Ember, Lunch Lady Ghost, Spectra/Bertrand, Johnny 13/Kitty, Prince Aragon, Desiree, Freakshow, Youngblood, Wulf (the ghost wolf), Fright Knight, Hotep RA, Nocturn, Pariah Dark, Vortex, Walker, Undergrowth, the Ghost Writer, Klemper, Princess Dorathea, and Amorpho. This is pretty much almost every single ghost character who has ever made at least one appearance in the show.
WickedBinge, if you are reading this, please make this into a list or lists someday, and I would actually prefer to have Brad Gilliam narrate.
Comment below how you would rank the ghosts from good to evil or even from weak to powerful.
Zira is the best sequel villian she's just as mencing and terrffying as scar
And she's just as if not more sadistic than Scar.
Dr. Hamsterville, in no small part due to Leory and what he tried to do in the Stitch anime. Especially the final special where he tried to destroy the Earth by ramming another planet right into it.

Morgana, the worse villain. I didn't like her at the beginning when she threatened Ariel and Triton's family.
I'd put Buster Forte Sa'luk and Zira on the top 4

Spoken Introduction:
Gregory... It looks like you are trapped here in the PizzaPlex until morning... To survive the night you are going to need a kick-ass 80s action anthem... That is not a show program I can provide... But luckily for you Superstar, there IS someone who can...
VERSE 01:
So you’re trapped after dark in the park and you’re tasked with surviving the night?
So your ma and your pa have departed the party and left you to fight.
So hang tight, to the tickets you’ve won.
And your toy laser gun.
Set your Faz-watch to ‘fun’.
‘Cause it’s hide and seek hunted by musical monsters.
Ain’t that what you wanted?
You came for some games and a bite.
The doors have all closed but the stage has been set so on with the show, no escaping it yet.
The night is still young and the fun’s just begun, you’ve been played like your grave of arcade cabinets.
PRE-CHORUS:
When you’ve gates stormed by gators and wolves at the door.
When the power is down, you can’t bear any more.
When each tick of the clock has you checking your watch and the chicken is watching you hungry for gore...
Oh, the fun that’s in store!
(Oh, the fun that’s in store!)
CHORUS:
Come get a pizza the action!
You want a pizza the action!
A tasty pizza the action!
You'll get a pizza the action!
VERSE 2:
Stupendium: So come pick your destiny off of the menu!
(Cosmo: Fate won’t wait ‘til the sun comes up!)
Stupendium: Or be laid to rest in your favourite venue!
(Cosmo: Arcade to arcade, crust to crust.)
In this amusement park you are the Super Star.
We know that you’ll go far but you must choose your path.
Those neon tubes cast shadows on a truth so dark.
It’s up to you to battle to its putrid hearts!
Stupendium: So savour the taste of your last pepperoni!
(Cosmo: You’ve got a party pass to a backstage tour!)
Stupendium: ‘Cause you’re taking the stage for one night only!
(Cosmo: But will dawn chorus be your encore?)
BRIDGE:
Perhaps it’s your birthday?
PRE-CHORUS:
When you’ve gates stormed by gators and wolves at the door.
When the power is down, you can’t bear any more!
When the Sun’s gone away but the Moon’s come to play a more punishing game till the break of the dawn...
Oh, the fun that’s in store!
(Oh, the fun that’s in store!)
CHORUS:
Come get a pizza the action!
You want a pizza the action!
A tasty pizza the action!
You'll get a pizza the action!
Spoken Outroduction:
Darkness falls across the mall, and metal mascots stalk the halls.
