    It was comfortable and easy way. Initially when I tried for my mother in law yesterday in the morning there was some technical issue. But then at around 3 it worked fine nd it just took 2-3 minutes on a video call. Will recommend it for all the senior citizens. Today morning (less than 24 hours) that the certificate has been successfully submitted. Hopefully her pension does not stop.

      Hi. When i logged in, the drop-down has only something like "re-employment certificate" and not life certificate. What to do ?

    It supports only chrome and Firefox. Turn on GPS/location and give access to camera and microphone before you start. One can schedule call for later time.

    Excellent initiative by SBI during this pandemic. It's very easy and convenient to submit life certificate online. I have done it and also recived confirmation the very second day.It will help and soon be popular among all senior citizens.👍

    I have chosen the time slot between 1200 tp 1230 on 8th November 2021 but when I logged in, "No executive is free" this message popped up every time. Finally could not get through. Also I tried to get it done next day, I was getting. Continuously the same message and finally I had to go to the bank to submit my documents. Kindly make your executive available whenever a time slot is allocated

    There are so many conditions to be eligible to avail this facility eg your PAN and Aadhar number is present in the pension application which is not there in majority of the cases. When I tried, message came your account number is not eligible to avail this facility video LC.

    Well just completed it the only confusing part is we have to select first select employed and then select unemployed option to start the process !! God knows why they could not have a better clear interphase

    After entering account no. Captcha and giving permission when I click on validate account the account no. Automatically changing to the kind of link and it is showing that I've entered wrong account number. Please give solution of this problem

      I was accessed by the SBI personel after sometime on the same day and completed video LC process. Next day, successful Video LC has been confirmed by sending SMS.

      You have to log in again at that time slot and then your video call will be initiated.

    This is most probably an old video since it only provides the option for re-employment certificate. #SBI - you need to make things easy for pensioners not difficult. Remember, one day you will also have to use these systems - so make them easy and make them work correctly.

    Disappointing services!!
    It is showing an error screen after entering the account number and the captcha code, my mother’s mobile number is linked with sbi and pan card!!! Still it is showing error, I think it’s best to visit the branch personally only 😏😏😏😏

    I had a really bad experience using the Video LC platform. We never received the OTP. We called SBI and confirmed that the phone number on Aadhar Card is correct, but the OTP was never delivered. My grandma is over 80 years old and we were hoping to use this to upload her life certificate form. Unfortunately, because no one is willing to help us, we are going to have to drive her to the branch. Quite an inconvenience for something so small.

You should be concerned if it's not functioning as needed. My grandma ended up having to go to the branch to prove that she is still alive. You have the information you need. If you care for your customers and want to have a functioning website, please go ahead and report the bug OR DON'T! I have already done enough by reporting it here as well as over the phone on the number listed on your website. Thank you!

    Submitted my correct pension account number thousand times.
    The app prompts that the pension
    a/c no. is incorrect. How can that be ??? It is very teasing. I could not submit till now after so many attempts.

    I am defense civilian pensioner with my pension account with sbi now migrated to SPARSH when I am login it shows your account not available. Last year i submitted through video call only. Please advise

      For pensioners now migrated to SPARSH, the life certificate can be submitted through Jeevan Pramaan portal or through select designated branches. The list of such branches may be obtained form the nearest branch.

    I'm trying it for my father. I entered his SBI account no. where pension is currently credited but it still says invalid account no. I also tried with PPO no. and PPF account no. but no luck. So we have to physically visit nearby SBI branch and submit life certificate. This is very ridiculous. SBI only launches new portals but nothing works properly and their staff is hilarious.

    To all who are still trying to make an appointment for VLC and getting an option of Re-employment certificate, select that option and click PROCEED. You'll be redirected to VLC page, you need to give permissions for Camera, Location,Microphone. You'll be connected to a SBI executive. Keep pensioner's PAN CARD with you. You'll be asked to show pan card and then photo of the pensioner. Done. That's it.
    I wish pension seva added the option of VLC in the menu to avoid all the confusion.

      You will see error. But keep trying. Even I was seeing error in morning. But around 1:30pm I tried again and it worked. I submitted video life certificate on 14 Nov 2022 and 24 hrs later next day around 2:50 PM, life certificate got updated on portal.

    Unable to take a life certificate although I gave the correct account details. I have been a defence pensioner since 1985. I am above 75 years. I am medically not fit to walk or travel

    I tried to submit my life certificate today at 10.50 AM but till 12.40 my video call not taken though it prompted that your call is going to begin soon. Ultimately I had to quit. This was quite irritating.

    Keeps saying " Some technical issue" after entering the AC num and Captcha, tried multiple times from past two days. The SBI branch manager had suggested online option but even this is not working. Why cause such inconvenience to old aged people??
