Disclaimer: i know fog is normal at ponds at times. What I was getting at was Nikki was seeing fog and steam in the house. So maybe she was sensing something from the pond without actually realizing.

Small ponds and lakes always get fog on them at night. It has to do with the difference in air temperature between the water and the air. It's just fog. Chill.

This is the most I’ve ever heard from any of Sam and Colby’s videos. The taps, knocks, creaks, THE VOICES, and the orbs throughout the entire thing gave me CHILLS. I became a firm believer and not a skeptic after last years conjuring series but this just helps confirm what I witness in my own home isn’t just my imagination
No what scares me is this when Niki head was hurting mine started hurting at the same time and I’m only just halfway through the video I just thought it could be because of watching TH-cam to much or something I have no idea ..

Dude, it's not often that I get scared watching your videos. But when Nikki said how the room was getting steamy and foggy, then filling the ENTIRE ROOM, I felt this feeling of all encompassing dread, the only thought I could think was "It's the Alpha..."
bro i know she isn’t just flatline faking either i used to see shit like that all the time at a house I used to live at i used to sleep in the living room on a L shaped couch and it would face the hallway let alone was unsettling and I would see lights late at night just come and go on the walls of the hallway and it was weird because my brother would sometimes sleep on the couch with me and I would say do you see that? And he’d be like no and then he’d ask me the same thing and I wouldn’t see it it was very very weird and other things like that happened to like our house would awkwardly creak as if someone was tip toeing to 1 side of the couch it to the other got so bad if he was sleeping in the living room we’d have our own rule to where if we hear the creaking we would kick our feet and wake each other up and go under the blankets and do not move or say anything or look you could just feel the presence by your head ever since we moved that feeling and everything went away, very intense, very weird, also 1 physical thing that actually happened was I said I was cold to someone I was talking to and we had a fan by us and it turned on all by itself

I think with Niki being an empath and seeing that steam was a way for the spirit/spirits to get you to go to the pond. Because once you guys were on the water it was really foggy and that’s when you guys started to get more activity. I definitely think Niki was a target because they knew they could communicate and get her attention the easiest.
Side note I can’t wait to see your guys move next weekend! My boyfriend knows how much of a fan I am and got the tickets for us!

I fear that this estes session is gonna go soooo overlooked cause of it not being in theaters or during Hell Week, or the video just being an hour,
But that was one of the most obvious if not the most real conversation between you guys and an entity that I've ever seen. Okay the fact Niki saw a room filled with smoke is genuinely concerning. As a Christian Smoke or strange sensations could symbolically represent the presence of something spiritually dark, as seen in Revelation 9:2, where smoke rises from the abyss, which is often interpreted as a demonic source, in this scene since it's haunted it can also mean some kind of devil is spawning from those smokes. Plus the bugs coming out of nowhere. If Niki were to go down the basement I'm sure the devil would take her soul or do something bad with her spirit since it desperately needed her.
And then when they were down there it asked “where is she?” Was it waiting for her down there and was upset and mad she didn’t go down there with them
Using a fictional book of fairytales to justify someone's vision isn't really the explanation you think it is. Just makes you look delusional. God isn't real.

From everything that you have found, it sounds like the "bug-eyed-lady" is the mistress of whoever is the "Alpha" of the house, and the Pond is her home whereas the house is "his" home or "property". Then there is the fact that all throughout the investigation the smell of fire, Niki seeing smoke AND Niki was constantly being touched, she was targeted. To add to that, the guide warned you about the separation tactic which happened. There are 3 locations where sightings are, 3 types os spirits (bug eyed lady, alpha, others), AND in the end it got only 3 of you to remain. All of this put together, it is definitely demonic, and the "Alpha" needs an EMPATH so "heal" (which I believe it is saying it needs an empath to regain its power and use as a vessel to be alive because it has been "forever dead"). Great job Sam, Colby, Niki and Emma on your findings!

Can we talk about how niki started seeing smoke/steam and immediately after that they head to the pond which ponds normally CREATE fog/steam, getting out of the boat colby says that the device said “empath & fire” (50:03) and then later during the estes method it says AGAIN “empath, i need” and follows it up with fire, where they bring up again the steam/smoke niki mentioned?

My exact thoughts! Almost like it was telling them to go to the pond where the most fog is at, then talk about empath and fire, (like niki and smoke), and then in the basement at the end. The fact it said niki was in danger and then she heard footsteps and saw stuff was crazy meanwhile too

@@leahbrady1872 not really, when there’s a noise picked up on the mic/camera they always (when editing the vid) turn off all music and turn the volume in the video up and sometimes replay it multiple times so you can hear it. Other than that, they mostly put backround music and noise when explaining the history of the location and for dramatic effect when nothing is really happening
