you could add a cleanser at night before moisturizing, depending on what time of day you shower. i just use cleansing pads from trader joe's. a few other things i use that probably aren't necessary at your age: glycolic acid, retinol, caffeine undereye cream (sounds weird but it helps reduce puffiness).
Very lengthy advice from skincare enthusiast, be prepared lmao. If your skin is sensitive and you indeed experience dryness when you cleanse often, you might wanna switch to a scent-free oil cleanser (Korean ones are so good and affordable) or a gentle cleansing foam (I think Clinique has one). Definitely invest in a headband, your forehead should benefit from your skincare too. You can almost never go wrong with CeraVe. You can use their cream on your face as a moisturizer after the Neutrogena gel to lock in the moisture. CeraVe also has a lotion/cream with 3 essential ceramides in it, which is pretty good. You can also look into moisturizers with active ingredients and barrier repairing properties. Hyaluronic acid/other moisturizing ingredients are great but not enough to have youthful and healthy skin. Lastly, sunscreen - chemical sunscreen (as opposed to physical or containing zinc) is game changer. No whitecast and quick to absorb. Korean chemical sunscreens are honestly the best on the market. The only con is that they're not waterproof. However, regardless of the type of sunscreen, if you're pretty active/sweat a lot, you might need to reapply every 2-3 hours (insane, I know). Recomended amount is approximately two fingers length. And you shouldn't forget your ears, lips, eyelids and neck! Anyways, great video! 😊
You should check out Avene for both moisturizer and cleansers. They are great for sensitive skin and not too too expensive. Good thing you want to use spf in the summer!
great video, as always. The perfect asmr whispering. Thanks!
