I feel like you shouldn't drink these as water substitutes, but its good for a substitute for sodas and juice like coke or Arizonas. So if you need a tasty drink it's better to drink something like prime or body armour than soda, especially because of the vitamins,but I would be lying if I said it's better than water and some multivitamins.

It really depends, the ahole reason energy drinks like gatorade were invented was due to the fact that football players were having extremely low electrolyte levels.
You should have kept the flavors of the 3 brands the same or as close as possible, as a control between the 3. Gatorade orange and body armor blueberry pomegranate are two completely different flavor profiles.
