I’m a Londoner, born and raised. Honestly never seen an ‘influencer’ out in the wild and I’m in central every day because of my uni. The only person that’s famous/well known that i’ve seen is Lady Gaga, because her car drove past me to the movie premier.
Also it’s not that busy except on weekends or at 6pm. And people are stingy here! I’m not gonna pay for a £5 photo when i’d rather buy something better for that!

This... doesn't sound like a scam? It's not like she's lying to you. You can choose to pay her the 5 quid or not, you're not entitled to speaking with/taking a picture with her if you see her in public. Most people are making fun of her online anyway so I see no problem in getting something for her troubles out of it especially if she isn't supremely wealthy already.
