Thank you for watching our LIVE dealer 3 Card Poker video at Red Rock Casino in Las Vegas. I travel to Las Vegas at least once per month to play blackjack, and other table games, at the casino. I play basic blackjack strategy for the most part. Although even that varies for some. For example, I always split 4's against a dealer 5 or 6. Some strategy charts say never to split 4's (I totally disagree). Every now and again I will deviate though, like maybe we will get a little crazy and split our 4's against a dealer 4.
Also, please note, when I talk about the "correct" play, please note that I am looking at each hand as a whole in and of itself. I think, generally speaking, this is the mindset of most average basic strategy players. With that said, please note that there could be a "better" play based on card counts and/or shoe composition. BUT, for the purpose of my channel, we are almost (I say almost because sometimes I'll press my bet if I see lots of small cards come out in hopes of seeing some big ones on the next hand.) exclusively looking at each hand and considering only the cards on the table - not the previously played and discarded. 😊👍
My hope is that you will enjoy watching my blackjack play (or as some call it, 21 casino card game) and maybe even learn to play blackjack or even sharpen your skills through watching my big wins and losses. But, hopefully you will see lots of WINNING Blackjack Sessions. Sometimes we will play blackjack with side bets and sometimes without side bets. Sometimes we will play six deck shoes and other times double deck blackjack. We usually play blackjack in Las Vegas but also play in Colorado and Reno. Our intention is to mix it up so it doesn’t get stale. Enjoy!
💰 By the way, I ALWAYS TIP at the very end of our filming day. (During a filming day, I may film anywhere from 4 to 8 videos.) Please do not think that I don’t tip, because I do - very well. I appreciate the dealers spending their time with me and helping me to make these videos. The reason I wait until the very end is so that I have an accurate count of my wins/losses for the day. I tip no matter what - win or loss - but it helps me with my own records.
👉Please remember to gamble responsibly, do not spend more than you can afford to spend on ENTERTAINMENT only (because slot machines are not a way to make money - well, unless you are the casino), and stop when you are no longer having fun.

I assume you have permission to videotape your sessions at the casino. I believe that if you bring it to the casinos attention they will pay you for the error. Casinos are big on players being payed correctly for winning bets because they fear a bad reputation by players. Who might be in hot water is the dealer who made multiple mistakes during this game. To your credit, you made sure she didn’t overpay you; they should send her for retraining on the game to ensure future mistakes to other players.

When you were dealt a 10, K and 3 the dealer turned over an A, Q & J so you should have been paid for a straight on your 6 card bonus hand. It was about 11:50 into the video.
Six card is with the two side cards, which is a rip off because there are only 5 cards instead of six to build a hand.
@@katboy2607 the 6 card bonus is on 6 cards. The 2 cards on the side are for the progressive.
Yea she should have gotten paid 10 to 1 for the 10 to A straight
And twice she corrected the dealers mistake which ended up costing her $130 bucks! She saves the $130 bucks and the f-bombed her out of $90. That’s why I feel no regret taking mistaken payouts. Show me the money!!!
She also had an ace to 5 str8 in like the 10th hand
I watch a lot of these poker table game videos and am always amazed at consistently how much better the dealer runs than the player. You almost never see a player get multiple flushes or straights but the dealer does.

Kelly - at the 11:47 mark she didn't pay you for the 6 card bonus . You had a 3-K-10 and she had A-Q-J. Wouldn't that combination equal a straight?
Yep, they made a mistake there. They owe her for a 6 card bonus straight. They locked up her $10, they owe her $100 for the straight and her $10 bet, so $110 error

Always a bad sign when the dealer tells you that they're tired like they're pre-empting any mistakes. Lucky you're so easy going 🙂

The missed paying you for a straight on the 6 card bonus.
This is a very instructional video on why it is important to know how to play the game your playing. Many times at a casino, dealers make mistakes, especially games like this with so many different bets. The dealer screwed her on a straight payout on the 6 card bonus A to the 10. The player saved the casino over $130+ dollars by correcting the dealers mistake (like when she was going to pay 9-1 on a $10 bet when infact. she should have been paying 9-1 on the dollar bet). Not to be mean but that dealer should be sent back for retraining on this game as unscrupulous people, like myself, would have taken the casinos money gladly! But good 4 U for being honest! Roulette is a game where mistakes in payoffs and winning bets removed happens frequently.

By the sound of it this dealer doesn't deal this game often. This TH-camr specifically requested this game last minute and it was during the day so probably not many dealers available. Not the dealers fault in my opinion.

Hi! Fyi Caesars properties have that extra progressive on their 3 card games. My hubby won $7,000 on it with a straight flush at Harrahs a few years ago and then at Paris he had a straight flush on it for $22,000.

With the added Progressive bonus, it is asking a lot more of the dealers to pay attention to. That is most likely the reason for missed payouts since have to review 3 different payouts on 1 hand.
They made tons of errors because of the new progressive.

all the places I have played 3 card poker never had the 6 card bet and the light up spot at the top was to buy in a progressive if you hit big.
I always find it strange as well how different casinos have very different situations yest for the same games. Even Green Valley Ranch and Red Rock Casino have some different variations on the same exact games, and they are both station casinos.
Potawatomi casino in Wisconsin has a progressive.

yes, this is the best way to play but you must bet properly your ante must be at least twice as high as your pair plus, this way you will win even when the dealer does not qualify

She is a horrible dealer. At 18:05 she almost didn’t pay your 6 card again. When a dealer keep saying they are sleepy tell them to slow down so you can double check. They still owe you from 11.50. You had a six card straight. SMH 🤦♀️

@@BeyondBlackjack Its always good for the Casino to see what they are doing wrong and to improve their dealers so I doubt you will get pushback when you show them the mistakes.

Naah that is bad karma and dealers can lose their jobs. I always try to point out mistakes. We are all human.
I once agreed with u when I first started playing blackjack about 10 yrs ago. But u build friendships with the dealers and regulars and I'd feel bad if I did it still. And the dealers are so thankful when u are honest. It does still happen but very rarely.
