Thank you for the display of accurate marksmanship. Rarely was a double-tap needed, but when it was, it was fast and humane. It looks like you're managing to control the numbers so they are not overwhelming your farm. Great work and thanks for sharing!
Thanks for the insight bro. I was impressed when I read about the Daystate electronic fire control system and I hear that the software can be updated and that you can program it to tune performance. In the videos the sound of the FX is a lot less twangy than the Daystate and your results with the FX are superlative. I have just bought a Gamo Venari PCP 0.177" at the budget end of the market. But it's inherent accuracy is very good. It has a cold hammer forged barrel by B.S.A and English made so I'm hoping to get some good results. It will be delivered tomorrow. I'll keep you posted on how it goes. Be well and keep tight. Mark.
Hi Mark Sounds as you'r going to have some fun. Good luck. The Daystates software can be updated and we think the twangy noise is due to the electrics being picked up on the recording as in real life it sound the same as the FX.
Their reflexes to being hit is interesting. I remember killing chickens back my younger years. Is this the same? The body still reacts after being shot?
Excellent shooting. I've been looking at the huge number of PCP rifles that are available and wondered how you decided on the FX and what else you considered to be contenders?
Hi Mark Thanks for the comment. I chose the Fx Impact because it gives me the option of changing caliber barrels , although this is limited as our legal limit is sub 12ft lbs and no licences will be issued for FAC. The large capacity magazine is another plus (28 shots in .22 and 38 in .177). The air bottle gives around 500 to 600 shots in a full fill. Reliability is superb as Ive been shooting a FX Impact for 5 years now and never had a problem. As you know my brother and I go out shooting twice a week every week, so thats a lot of shots fired plus hours and hours of target practice. If I had to choose a different make I would go for a Daystate as bro shoots one and it is very impressive. Thanks for keeping in touch and keep well.
OMG These Rats Are So Big As A Size Of A Kitten's
