    I've been hoola hooping for 6yrs & it really works it helps me maintain my weight&my body great I recommend
    I do 5 times a week for 30mins

      Thats amazing! That sounds like an awesome exercise plan, 30 minutes is a great amount of time for a hoop workout session.

    Whoa so sweaty after this! I loved it so much. The coordination challenges were really fun, and I like that you always include both sides in the workouts. Wonderful! I'll be saving this one. :)

      Yes totally! Hula hooping is as much a workout for the brain as it is for the body. But with practice, there'll be a day when you're doing all these things without even thinking about it 😁

      Thats so great to hear Louise! In my live classes I can see how everyone is doing and whether I can pick up the pace or slow it down if needed. Obviously with TH-cam its quite different but so glad you guys are loving these faster workouts! Definitly more in the pipeline 😁

      That's what u do! You are also part off the buzz I fully enjoy your cheery disposition and ability to laugh at yourself as well as the many physical benefits, including less back pain, better posture , more fluid movement etc. (think bathing suits weather )
