“Put pressure” 😃 There are 3 classes of managers: those who do the job of their problematic employees to avoid conflict. those who “put the pressure” on their problematic employees and those who turn their problematic employees into effective employees. I guess this lecture was about the second type
it is noticable how he doesn't describe what business he's talking about....but let me tell you it's the restaurant business. I know 100 of these guys for sure. He doesn't own an HVAC business nor is he a healthcare professional...he is an "old school" restaurant or retail guy....and he's wrong about everything
