However, no formal employment letters was issued, but it will likely come up anytime soon because I’ve had conversations with the CEO along these lines. I am basically the CTO of this company so to speak, because I am in charge of the complete development cycle of their platform. It's a new company, and the customer base is still being developed. Also, there is a school where I teach/mentor their students on backend programming two times every week, and I have picture evidence to prove this. Are these sufficient enough for me to apply for endorsement?
Hi Chigozie. It sounds like you're a technical talent. As long as you can provide strong pieces of evidence from the impact, results, and numbers of the varied products you've built, you do stand a chance.

The letters must also be signed by the author or someone on behalf of the organization recommending the applicant.

Passport comes in from the Embassy within 3 weeks. Also, you've got a 3-month window period to land in the UK from your visa activation date.
