RJ Spina's book, "Change Your Mind," is a game-changer. He actually lays out real actionable plans in his books. He doesn't just share "his story" and call it a day. He radiates authenticity and also has a great sense of humor. (No "phony" can heal himself from a death sentence and permanent paralysis.)

GREAT INTERVIEW!!! I discovered RJ a few months ago while looking for healing that didnt involve chemo or radiation, I aml learning so mucn from him and hope one day to take one of the classes he is offering, I dont know how, given my income presently but I believe in magic!!

Biggest take away from RJ his explanation and image on God and the frequency bands within a dimension and how that all fits together and the idea of us as the captain sitting in the heart and the head being the periscope the receiver of the frequencies really helped me make sense of this in my mind. Love the cup RJ!! Love your questions Emilio. I learned about emotional detachment from a 12 step group. It is a powerful tool for sure. I gathered most important to me is that ego-mind identity is really the only AI. When we can learn through our own creativity can we become sentient, in other words conscious of Self. I noticed that, too and universe always has these type of coincidences when the individuals purpose needs to be highlighted and confirmed. Spina meaning spine is perfect for RJ because his energy manipulation techniques are brilliant. I did a sermon this morning on kundalini and the teachings of revelation. One thing that’s funny I noticed in the Bible is right before the verse John 16 which every Christian loves, it, liens, the crucifixion to Moses lifting up a snake. People don’t understand that the snake, the serpent is the divine wisdom of one’s energy field and chakra system, amongst other divine miracles that reside within our bodies, but they never question it. I tried to have my born again, Christian sister, listen to my sermon on it, and she says that the only thing a snake can mean in the Bible is the devil so it must be something evil that Moses is killing. For one second they can’t even consider that lift up might just mean rise and consciousness. Master Jesus did a great job of speaking in parables, and if the foundations of the Christian church had not been so power-hungry, his parables would be easier to interpret for the ones that are at least sort of ready for the message but the church has done a great job of making sure that their congregation does not seek within. Anyway, way too much ramble for a comment, but I am also Hispanic. I am Mayan in this lifetime anyway. Last time I was here, I got to be a dark skinned male. I don’t know if I’ll be back again though. I really hope not! #Ascension
At 20mins, RJ states Everything is Energy that emits different frquencies. Agree Yet I perceive what's driving the Energy is CONSCIOUSNESS, & the Awareness.. of the Creators I AM Presence. Otherwise its our unconscious/subconscious programs on auto-pilot, related to fear, doubt, guilt, & the lack of awareness, running us. To Heal.. is to live in the desired end result as Done... & feeling Thankful.. There are also lessons learned in ones healing process, & our condition is not an accident.. its getting our attention to become more Conscious of our Divine Unlimited PRESENCE. ❤ This has been my Experience. And all Healing is Self-Healing, even when we give our Permission to a Doctor to Heal us. Its still Our Agreenent/Alignment to Wellness.

Amazing podcast Emilio!🩷 I love the technique that RJ explains to imagine as if we have just arrived to this planet, I’m going to apply it!🙏🏻✨ and actually is true because just the present moment exists.
I do love RJ, he has loads of very profound stuff to teach us, and this was one of the best interviews of his I've come across so far, but I'm not entirely sure he is an incarnation of the being that gave rise to St. Germain, tho he's clearly tapping into some very high level stuff. I'm glad he's given up the distracting and unneccessary self-deprecation, and he doesn't at all strike me as lacking humility, but I tend to be really suspicious when people claim to be ascended masters (or come from an ascended master begetting octopi - you know what I mean. The octopus metaphore IS brilliant.). There sure are a lot of them self-proclaimed ascended masters on podcasts these days... I'm currently in deep communication with Avalokiteshvara (I have a background in shamanism) for the purposes of my current evolution - so far the highest level being I've been able to communicate with, and certainly on "Absolute" level consciouness - and in checking in with them, they indicate that some of RJs statements, particularly surrounding his ascended master framework, his concepts surrounding "enlightenment" as level two (this then would not have been the enlightenment Buddha was speaking about - and btw apparently the teachings we have from Buddha have been misinterpreted too, so go figure), the specifics of the number of Elohim (there are way more, something like a few hundred) and some aspects of their nature, the level of consciousness actually present in plants (many of whom are actually Boddhisatvas - they are however typically a group consciousness), the ideas that humans are some of the only individuated consciousnesses (apparently it IS quite a bit more rare than collective hive consciounesses, but not at all unique), and several other specifics are not valid (while a great many of his concepts are). Of course, the accuracy of my communication abilities is something even I have to investigate further, I'm super conscious that I am but ye old rotary phone. But the gist seem to be (at least as it pretains to my own evolution: listen, feel, and then do your own wisdom-based (not intellectual) research. The quest forever remains our own. I also wonder if, at this stage of the game, he would continue to need to support his family with courses that cost 2000$ a pop. (Or still have allergies - ok, that's rough of of me. Also tells you how many interviews of his I've watched.) He might be able to manifest a living by other means that do not feed the egregore of an extractive capitalist model, if he really is at that level of being able to manifest that which he needs to continue his work (maybe side as a carpenter? Ok, bad joke.) Stating that if he doesn't charge, people won't value the worth of what he is offering, is itself a statement and reinforcement of a limiting belief, and it smells of TS (teen spirit?). It's certainly not true for a great many folks, nor even with the scholarship model does it fully address global earning power (or other) inequity, and anyhow, even if it WERE true that some folks wouldn't value it, who cares? Truth is truth! What's real stays real, and will magnetically attract those who are ready for the the teachings, while those who don't genuinely value them would simply let the model drop away when the next thing came along. Imagine Jesus or Buddha charging. I mean, if you're gonna claim to be a fractal of an ascended master type, you're asking for these comparisons. A very high level teacher for sure, probably an all around swell guy (tho ask his gf and exes if you want to know the real truth on that, I wouldn't know), and emmanating great love (and a lot of respect, truly) in his own style (tho his octopus' emmanation doesn't knock me over with the pure divine love)...but, as ever, take what you most need from his work and maybe leave what's more speculative aside - it's possible it may send you down the wrong path and even set you back. Always be mindful of taking what another human says for sooth, or swallowing even the best teacher wholesale. Be ye a tentacle of discernment, friends! Ok, public service announcement complete.
Eckhart Tolle and others also charge a lot for courses, don't forget they also give a lot of their time for free on You Tube as well. We live in different times now to that of Jesus and Buddha. His purpose is to give his time to this work it's not a side hustle. Seek first the Kingdom of Heaven within and the rest will be added unto you ❤❤

Wow what an episode! Biggest take away from RJ his explanation and image on God and the frequency bands within a dimension and how that all fits together and the idea of us as the captain sitting in the heart and the head being the periscope the receiver of the frequencies really helped me make sense of this in my mind. I noticed that, too and universe always has these type of coincidences when the individuals purpose needs to be highlighted and confirmed. Spina meaning spine is perfect for RJ because his energy manipulation techniques are brilliant. I did a sermon this morning on kundalini and the teachings of revelation. One thing that’s funny I noticed in the Bible is right before the verse John 16 which every Christian loves, it, liens, the crucifixion to Moses lifting up a snake. People don’t understand that the snake, the serpent is the divine wisdom of one’s energy field and chakra system, amongst other divine miracles that reside within our bodies, but they never question it. I tried to have my born again, Christian sister, listen to my sermon on it, and she says that the only thing a snake can mean in the Bible is the devil so it must be something evil that Moses is killing. For one second they can’t even consider that lift up might just mean rise and consciousness. Master Jesus did a great job of speaking in parables, and if the foundations of the Christian church had not been so power-hungry, his parables would be easier to interpret for the ones that are at least sort of ready for the message but the church has done a great job of making sure that their congregation does not seek within. Anyway, way too much ramble for a comment, but I am also Hispanic. I am Mayan in this lifetime anyway. Last time I was here, I got to be a dark skinned male. I don’t know if I’ll be back again though. I really hope not! #Ascension

Yet I perceive what's driving the Energy is CONSCIOUSNESS, & the Awareness.. of the Creators I AM Presence. Otherwise its our unconscious/subconscious programs on auto-pilot, related to fear, doubt, guilt, & the lack of awareness, running us.
To Heal.. is to live in the desired end result as Done... & feeling Thankful..
There are also lessons learned in ones healing process, & our condition is not an accident.. its getting our attention to become more Conscious of our Divine Unlimited PRESENCE. ❤

I do love RJ, he has loads of very profound stuff to teach us, and this was one of the best interviews of his I've come across so far, but I'm not entirely sure he is an incarnation of the being that gave rise to St. Germain, tho he's clearly tapping into some very high level stuff. I'm glad he's given up the distracting and unneccessary self-deprecation, and he doesn't at all strike me as lacking humility, but I tend to be really suspicious when people claim to be ascended masters (or come from an ascended master begetting octopi - you know what I mean. The octopus metaphore IS brilliant.). There sure are a lot of them self-proclaimed ascended masters on podcasts these days...
I'm currently in deep communication with Avalokiteshvara (I have a background in shamanism) for the purposes of my current evolution - so far the highest level being I've been able to communicate with, and certainly on "Absolute" level consciouness - and in checking in with them, they indicate that some of RJs statements, particularly surrounding his ascended master framework, his concepts surrounding "enlightenment" as level two (this then would not have been the enlightenment Buddha was speaking about - and btw apparently the teachings we have from Buddha have been misinterpreted too, so go figure), the specifics of the number of Elohim (there are way more, something like a few hundred) and some aspects of their nature, the level of consciousness actually present in plants (many of whom are actually Boddhisatvas - they are however typically a group consciousness), the ideas that humans are some of the only individuated consciousnesses (apparently it IS quite a bit more rare than collective hive consciounesses, but not at all unique), and several other specifics are not valid (while a great many of his concepts are). Of course, the accuracy of my communication abilities is something even I have to investigate further, I'm super conscious that I am but ye old rotary phone. But the gist seem to be (at least as it pretains to my own evolution: listen, feel, and then do your own wisdom-based (not intellectual) research. The quest forever remains our own.
I also wonder if, at this stage of the game, he would continue to need to support his family with courses that cost 2000$ a pop. (Or still have allergies - ok, that's rough of of me. Also tells you how many interviews of his I've watched.) He might be able to manifest a living by other means that do not feed the egregore of an extractive capitalist model, if he really is at that level of being able to manifest that which he needs to continue his work (maybe side as a carpenter? Ok, bad joke.) Stating that if he doesn't charge, people won't value the worth of what he is offering, is itself a statement and reinforcement of a limiting belief, and it smells of TS (teen spirit?). It's certainly not true for a great many folks, nor even with the scholarship model does it fully address global earning power (or other) inequity, and anyhow, even if it WERE true that some folks wouldn't value it, who cares? Truth is truth! What's real stays real, and will magnetically attract those who are ready for the the teachings, while those who don't genuinely value them would simply let the model drop away when the next thing came along. Imagine Jesus or Buddha charging. I mean, if you're gonna claim to be a fractal of an ascended master type, you're asking for these comparisons.
A very high level teacher for sure, probably an all around swell guy (tho ask his gf and exes if you want to know the real truth on that, I wouldn't know), and emmanating great love (and a lot of respect, truly) in his own style (tho his octopus' emmanation doesn't knock me over with the pure divine love)...but, as ever, take what you most need from his work and maybe leave what's more speculative aside - it's possible it may send you down the wrong path and even set you back. Always be mindful of taking what another human says for sooth, or swallowing even the best teacher wholesale. Be ye a tentacle of discernment, friends!
