She Left them All Speechless on This Gorgeous Wedding Day | Lowndes Grove, Charleston SC

Sarah and Gatlin’s wedding day unfolded in just the way that these two are together - full of warmth, humor, and real heartfelt moments. One theme of the day that kept coming up was “Speechless” - from the sweet moment with her dad seeing her for the first time, to Gatlin being absolutely stunned, to her twin brother who couldn’t read the sweet card he’d written for her. Sarah and her brother are obviously so close, so it was so touching to see how Gatlin has won him over, as well as all her closest friends and family with his romantic and sentimental side. And what a touching card he wrote for her! There wasn’t a dry eye in the room as Sarah read it. “That’s Gatlin!” she exclaimed…and somehow we get the sense this is just who they are together, it’s beautiful to see!
There was a sense of amazement from them both throughout the day that was a beautiful reminder to soak in these amazing moments to the absolute fullest. And they were gifted with many, with all of their favorite people there, a gorgeous day at Lowndes Grove, and that timeless backdrop playing so perfectly along with the calm waterfront view and stunning sunset. The beautiful design from Anna Kate and @parte_eventsanddesign included stunning florals and an open-air feel that felt comforting, and free, and elegant all at once. Even the monarch butterflies were stopping by to check out the gorgeous arrangements!
We felt so fortunate to get to know this beautiful group of people, and wishing Sarah and Gatlin so many more of these warm days surrounded by all this love!
