After the fight, Mikey still keeps Kisaki because "he needs the strength (the manpower)." So Mikey becomes the "head" of Valhalla by absorbing them into the gang. *Technically* Toman lost (I forget the specifics), but Kisaki's entire point was building Valhalla for Mikey to take it over. So "Toman" ends up with all of that Moebius and Valhalla manpower. There's a whole other aspect to it from the later stuff (specifically about Mikey) but I won't get into that.

My theory is that Kisaki probably created it for Mikey and to push him over the edge. With mikey going of the deep end, Valhalla will join forces with the current Toman to create the ruthless Toman we see 12 years later. just a theory based on this episode. Draken was speaking from his current perspective saying mikey is the head of Valhalla Simply put: Valhalla defeats toman, toman goes under Valhalla, mikey becomes the head of Valhalla (since there is no head it should be easy) and just integrates all of that later down the road under the name of toman so it's back to being just toman in the future
Mikey didn’t become the leader of Valhalla until Toman lost to them in the battle and Mikey killing Kazutora is what made them lose bc it’s exactly what Kisaki wanted to happen
The actual answer to the question at the end is that Mikey is already extremely suspicious of Kisaki so it wouldn't matter if they told him because he knows that they need Kisaki to take down Valhalla.

The way I interpreted it was that what draken means is that Mikey became the leader of valhalla after toman lost the fight. Im assuming kisaki in the past pulls the strings for valhalla but after the fight kisaki lets mikey assume the commanding spot for valhalla making mikey the leader of valhalla, so technically takemitchy saying that kisaki is the leader, and draken saying mikey is the leader are both correct just at different points in time.
I’ll just say this Mikey is more of a instinctual, heat in the moment kinda guy, he wouldn’t plan to do anything. Spoiler Osanai hinted at the fact that Kisaki set all this up just so Miley would kill Kazutora and go crazy.

just to clear something up... mikey did not set up valhalla to get to kazutora. In an earlier episdoe draken said that kisaki admired mikey. kisaki set up valhalla and all of the events to slowly take over toman and then make mikey the leader of valhalla with himself as no. 2. He wanted mikey's leadership out front and his brains in the shadow.
I haven't read the manga but my theory was that Kisaki was behind it all and had created and set up Valhalla as its original leader from the shadows to then go over to Toman to be under Mikey. Remember, originally he would've went to become #2 in Toman cause of Drakken's death but is now put to being only a Division captain due to the change. Still, I assume he went up to Mikey and told him he was Valhalla's real leader and the "battle" between them was really a way for Mikey to confront Kazutora who just got out of juvie but something happened and he ends up killing him. We already know that Valhalla outnumbers Toman so they just integrate with Valhalla as the parent organization since they have more members but the leaders of Toman become the leaders of the newly integrated Toman in the future (until Kisaki takes over from the shadows). Just my theory based off what Drakken said

Takemitchi has a cheat code. He can compile a list of questions before the date a specific event occurs, go back, and ask drakken. Sure drakken will be confused why takimitchi is asking all these questions but hes already on death row and takimitchi is on a path he hates, what else does he have to lose?

In an earlier episdoe draken said that kisaki admired mikey. kisaki set up valhalla and all of the events to slowly take over toman and then make mikey the leader of valhalla with himself as no. 2. He wanted mikey's leadership out front and his brains in the shadow.

This anime is just too amazing
I haven't read the manga but my theory was that Kisaki was behind it all and had created and set up Valhalla as its original leader from the shadows to then go over to Toman to be under Mikey. Remember, originally he would've went to become #2 in Toman cause of Drakken's death but is now put to being only a Division captain due to the change. Still, I assume he went up to Mikey and told him he was Valhalla's real leader and the "battle" between them was really a way for Mikey to confront Kazutora who just got out of juvie but something happened and he ends up killing him. We already know that Valhalla outnumbers Toman so they just integrate with Valhalla as the parent organization since they have more members but the leaders of Toman become the leaders of the newly integrated Toman in the future (until Kisaki takes over from the shadows). Just my theory based off what Drakken said
I got a question that’s been bothering me about this show recently; if anyone could answer.
In episode 5 “Releap” when takemichi returned to the past, and ran from Draken GF; Hinata said “you ran off at the fireworks after seeing my little brother, and just disappeared without a trace” {Paraphrased} where takemichi said in his head:
“Whenever I go back to the present, the me that’s here is the past me, who has no idea what’s going on” {English Dubbed Quote @ 07:08}
If he is not himself When the future him leaves back to the present; then how the hell he acting as an Tokyo Gang member and doing activities with Mikey and Draken as his present self, when those two and the recent events already are cultivated by future Takamichi?
Or maybe I didn’t understand his statement clearly. Can any chad clear this up? ❤️

Takemitchi has a cheat code. He can compile a list of questions before the date a specific event occurs, go back, and ask drakken. Sure drakken will be confused why takimitchi is asking all these questions but hes already on death row and takimitchi is on a path he hates, what else does he have to lose?

Plottwist end of this season kisaki is the good guy someone else is the time traveler and the bad guy we can expect something like that. Even if kisaki is the villain shown does not mean he is pulling strings he could one deceived by another time traveler and thats where s2, 3 4 onwards and thats why this anime will matched with jjk and my hero. My opinion thats all
