Thank you sir! I I needed that info because my xp005 is cutting chevy b119 keys wrong. It tends to cut wider inner cut and cut is closer to one side of blade as apposed to straight down the middle.

Im having trouble updating my firmware all the computers im using dont support the software any suggestions
So did you have any suggestion im able to download the drivers but cant open them up to to update my dolphin

when I get to the stage where these green dots are flashing when mine gets to the second little green flashing dot It stops and says device not located even though my computer recognizes it. and I've downloaded the drivers.

Hi I have just bought the M3 clamp how do I calibrate the clamp on the machine please I'm scared it would break the drill bit if I turn it on without calibration also will it let me decode a tibble key
Select it under settings
Just select your key first and the machine will automatically know.. i dont think u have to calibrate the clamp ..
Ok brilliant, yes the machine doesn't have the option to calibrate M3 in the settings. will the machine allow me to decode a tibble key?

Tips and tricks. Ok listen up. Take it to the edge of the beach. Grab it by the handle and do a fast spin. Get about 100mph and sling the thing out in the ocean.
This machine on decode key comes along and tries to measure in on each biting. Whereas a manual machine has the blade clamped in one clamp and a fixed position away is another blade clamped. As you move along the blade to copy the cutter cuts the other blade exactly. Flawlessly. Today i had xp005 on decode and then told it ne73 blade to cut. The blades were not perfect. Also the tiny picture in key tool max of how to set the blades. Literally no zoom function.
Search easy key cutting machines. Theres your sweet machines.

Thank you for your experience with the Dolphin xp005 .. i find myself updating it ever so often.. do not use universal decoding it will break your probe..always decode under vehicle data base.. also i find myself failing to cut a Mercedes Benz emergency blade even after calibration..it does have its ups and downs but its far better than the sec-e9 but realy limited to the wider options the sec-e9 gives you

Nice. As for dolphin I have asked it to decode a key. Had only one blank with me which was half plastic. Horseshoe. Cost £10. It ruined the blank when cutting. Nothing like the key it was copying. The pictures are so small and you cant even zoom in to be sure of where you place the key when you are a beginner.
@@MYKEYSAUTOMOTIVE oh and if you ever get a key with a small rectangular hole at the end like NE73 for renault traffic. Trust me it does do something. Hooks a hook and as key turns so a part inside the lock turns also.

If you connect the program of without internet to a customer car, what will happen.
Theres some certain things you need internet.. for example finding bitting... calculating bitting and cloning online!! So you will not have access to those features!

After updating the Bios. Re-calibrate the clamps.!
I havnt recalibrated... i should huh not a bad idea...lol
I tried not recalibrating after updating the firmware and the machine gave me problems preparing to cut a hu101.

Can i cut all the keys with the 2.5 cutter?
I havnt had an issue with a key not working,at least not yet.. however, like i mentioned in my videos it mostly recommends using a 1.5... but a 2.5 will do just fine
But why do you like it? Does it do a faster or better job?
Alot of people break the 1.5 probe and bitt... faster because its a bit thinner than the 2.5 ,higher breaking point ,so its just my preference..

Nice vid again bro. How about cy28 2014 charger key? My dolphin xp005 decoded the key successfully but cutting it.. ir cut it nd said successsful but it was not.
Also it startedshowing err code 14 after successful cutting calibration.

I dont use the dolphin to cut and decode basic double sided keys.. I usually use the condor xc009 key cutter for simple keys and use the dolphin on for high security keys (laser cut keys)

Dude I have to tell you this machines SHIT. So I go to cars with key blade in fused with plastic head. Those it for sure likes to ruin. Literally I say the key blank. Copy the pic. Load the original in. Tell it to decode. Then check pic and sweet. Then tell it to cut making 2 passes for accuracy. The blade is cut. Then I try it. The key blades a mess. It does not fit. I watch again the decode. Its accurate on the original between the bitings. Then load cut key again and guess what. It finds slithers more of metal to cut off. Na this machines TURD.
I just bought the xhorse laser key blade copying thing. Try that and let you know.

I download the 005 software ask for password it's not 123456
if you download software from MK3, Use MK3 as the password... If you download it from UHS, use 123456 for the password....
