Yo here's a suggestion for you, if you want to use less resources at cerb you can flinch her pretty easy for very little prayer. It's the chillest method and my personal favorite way to kill her. You could use that god sword to flinch her pretty easy but if you want another grind, the colossal blade out dps's both the arclight and godswords for flinching... up for a bit of smithing?

ZGS is used for a master clue step, cant go wrong trying those on the iron. Also don't alch the zammy full helm it's also used for a master clue step.
Zammy godsword is also great for Mutt when doing COX
You should look into getting a bowfa and crystal armor for your Bandos trips. If you get good at the 7:0 method you could stay there for upwards of 20kc
I was staying for 60+ kc with 9:0

I've been doing bandos on my iron as well! Learning 6:0 made it much easier. I use a rcb and get 10-12 kills a trip now.

I like how you went so quickly over the zammy full helm. It's something you need for a master clue step 😊
After getting my bowfa and crystal armour I did the 7:0 bandos method and found it to be rly good. You could have like 30 kill trips and end up getting ~25 kills an hour. Highly recommend it over the standard solo melee method.
Also, that dupe fang can be converted to 25k scales if you're ever running low, so it's more useful than just extra bank value ;)

For suggestions i would work towards getting all the elite tasks done. Especially the zeah one i found very usefull due to having a extra prayer point with the blessing that also has a free teleport. I found that great because you are never without a teleport and its also relatively close to a bank.
You should do this series. A slayer task without banking. You need to go to a prayer altar, fish/cook your food, etc. You’ll have to bring alchs or drop stuff. I think it’d be fun to watch.
Zgs is a master clue step so it’s amazing. Also the Zamorak helmet from the hard clue is also a master step

I'd like a barrows lore specific quest that isn't just a side note of the Mahjarrat series. Something to do with the brothers before they ever made their deal and got their power. Doesn't even have to release new barrows rewards, could just add a little perk item or something instead.

I would not follow what he does.. You'd be better off going for song of the elves and getting CG for a bowfa then you can do what he does in the video and get hella longer trips. Doing 1-2 bandos kc and 3-5 zam is bad with bowfa you can do 25+ kc trips at each boss once you learn the methods.
I'd love to see you do some Zalcano on the iron so you can get that smithing up to the 90's like everything else :) Love the vids man keep it up

hey man really enjoying the iron content, lil tip if you change your house location on a cerb task to taverly you can save nmz points/time/scrolls :) not sure if you had a house location already with purpose or not but i find it easier to tele outside the house with the house tab or cons cape whatever you have and zoom straight there

For bandos, deff learn the 6:0 method. I'm an iron as well, I use barrows gear and a rcb. Off task i can get 3-5 kill trips.
ZGS is good to bring when doing prayer at wildy altar. Use special attack for the freeze and get the log out!

Just for anyone that is doing cerb, if you sit 62-70 prayer, that is enough to block all 3 attacks.
Alternatively if you dont have a ton of prayer pots, 32-40 prayer to block 2 balls and tank a 30 hit on your hitpoints

a lot of people are going to say bowfa for bandos, but mage bandos is also quite good especially with the new ice quartz. i think it will match what your current progression goals seem to be (which seem mostly slayer related, once you get occult, bracelet, eternal boots, toxic trident, it's really not that bad and much easier than melee). I think it's easier than any other method as the timing isn't as precise and is more forgiving, where bowfa methods usually require you to be tick perfect. you are a glass cannon, so freeze accuracy is important to making long trips. i would refer to the crossbow method for tile markers and make sure to never autocast barrage because of the delay.

Zgs can be used in cox to freeze the baby Muttadile or in pvp to freeze and tele, so you can give up an inventory slot at a wildy boss and have it as your freeze hail Mary.

I did 6:0 method with a rune crossbow on my iron and finished bandos at 277 with the pet too lol if you don’t want to grind the bowfa, I recommend 6:0 bandos with rcb or acb
I've actually been looking at Ironside lately, so I'll keep your code in mind. My computer is both dying and showing it's age, but my money is tight right now. So the fact that they have monthly payments is a god send.
My clan encourages learning the Bowfa method for Bandos. You basically have to kite him on specific tiles in a circle.

MrNoSleep, I would highly recommend doing bandos 5:0 method with RCB, I did 100 solo bandos kills with walk under method, And had same experience you are having 1-2 kill trips. After moving to 5:0 method tend to get 10-20 kill trips. Also perk to it is, No red X. Works a lot like killing Zilyana

When you kill Bandos, given that you don't have a bowfa yet, you need to do the freeze method
They gave him really shit mage defence to nerf the tbow, so you can freeze him really easily, mage/range/flinch him, then kite whilst his freeze immunity wears off
