Thanks for the informative video! One question- Since we can have free text fields in flex template, How to input those free text fields from apex since those free text fields are not related to any object.

You can provide input on those free text field as below:
Do not create any map, rather provide the input direct in ConnectApi.WrappedValue variable value.
