I think 6 classes a day with different age levels is too much (I mean imagine adding a curriculum on top of that) especially for someone with just a TOEFL. As such, being experienced as an international teacher - though it’s not a real international school - I’m now going for jobs that are in kindergartens rather than training schools . It’s unnerving that many training schools provide minuscule training and then throw teachers into these situations

As usual, you 'r so great! Actually, I'm a teacher having a bachelor's degree in Education,10 years of experience in teaching English. In addition, I have an accredited 120 hour TEFL certificate and preparing thoroughly for the IELTS. What else should I do to be able to teach in China as a non-native teacher?

I would like to ask a weird question. Do you think that, as a recruiter yourself, would be alright with seeing a link to an introduction video in a cover letter?
I have been thinking of including a short introduction video at the bottom of my cover letters to let the recruiters get a better picture of me.
Do you think that this would be a good move or a bad one? I really don't want to come off as unprofessional or pretentious to them by doing this.
