This sounds like an evolved (and more refined) Ramones. I love it! Rest in Peace John and take your place alongside all the other musical greats we lost far too soon.
Awesome version ! I always loved John's vocals! Ironically, I played bass and sang Tony's part while my friend John (no relation) played and sang John's part! Although we never played them live, we did them karaoke several times to the crowd's approval! Funny, but I always loved John's harmonies better than my lead!
john spinks ...the outfield. siempre me a gustado esta banda y la voz de john es grandiosa. soy de la cd de . México y no se porque soñé que estaba de vacaciones en uk y días después me entere de la muerte de johon spinks en google me lo notificaba.
Great, great, great! Back in the day, I could have only dreamed of having something like this! Man, there are a lot of cool Outfield rarities on YT. Thanx, Mike. Cheers!
This is definitely The Outfield. The difference, other than the tempo, is that it's John Spinks (guitar) singing, not Tony Lewis. Every once in a while, John sang the lead. I'd love to have a copy of this.
