    You MUST make a 30-60 minute meditation audio/video of you going into this frame/topic of relaxation. Have heard a LOT of different mediums for relaxation and you KILL it. Absolutely kill it. 👍

    This is amazing. In a week I went from being a nervous, needy guy even afraid of approaching women to a guy that some women genuinely and instinctively smile to... Now I'm working on grounding myself, listening to my body and the emotions flowing through it during conversations and the whole day in general.
    The interest that women show toward me, their "turn on" as you call it still scares me a bit during dates - typing this it just came to me that I should be vulnerable and open up to them about it...

    This was very, very enlightening and beneficial to me. I do feel significantly lighter, and after doing it with you once what you talk about in your other videos is that much more understandable to me. It doesn't seem like an otherworldly concept any longer.
    Have you ever thought about making guided meditation or Hypnosis videos? I got that vibe very much from this audio and it would be extraordinary to have some tapes of that to listen to when I wake each day or before I go to bed.

I have already read letting go and the Sedona method based on your recommendation and it is great to see it in practice. I really would like to see more content on letting go. You posted a video l about answering a list of questions doing stream of thought writing where you have to go through each question 5 times. (Eg. Women are. ..)       I am a 43 year old divorced father of three girls. I would like to learn how to do more realising on being a better father and also being a better provider financially which I feel Im not doing a good job which is a source of self criticism at times.

    Yes, this is great. I have been doing the release technique for 4 years, and it is one of the most effective methods. Doing it for women is good idea.

    yeah i think it's very valuable. went out with one of the students (matt) and did releasing out at a bar and had an immense purging of old shit before talking to the first woman i had gone up to that night. continuing the process at home is great. i remember you saying you get to a place of constant releasing and allowing, which i've come to realize i was doing already and now this is another very valuable tool to continue the process. thank you, keep these coming

    I recently bought rsd julien's transformation mastery to release emotions and subconscious beliefs. This releasing stuff is new to me and over the years I came to the core belief that expressing certain emotions were bad (crying, laughing) and now I'm beginning to relearn my natural response to emotional stimuli and it's very wierd at times but overall it's very liberating. I think you should post more videos about releasing, and maybe even look into releasing a online program that people can pay for. RSD Julien is my homie and I love him, but I feel as if you have more knowledge and expertise in this area. Love you brian, take care bro.

    Yes it helped me. I need to remember to feel into my body and try to be consistent. I don't really have big trouble w feeling anxious around hotties but it does happen. I find I'm in my head at times and am stifled. Having to "try "to do something which comes off weird. Being grounded and present w same time as penetrating w eyes and voice is an awesome combo. Sometimes it doesn't seem to come together easily so exercises like this are great. Remember.. grounded, release of anxiety in body along w present w women does wonders. Be real, no game persona, this is the natural way to be attractive. No gimmicks, monkey ship, creepiness, etc. Calibration to where the gurl is at emotionally and comfort wise helps w escalation too. Takes out much of the confusion from "fluff" that other game advice causes. It's natural to attract women it's not rocket science. Thanks Fearless Man Team. I'd love to be part of what you have going on, it's also my passion and takes up much of my time..in a good way. I've grown a lot and would love to teach other men who are frustrated.

    This type of thing is really helpful for me. I've only done this twice so far and it has already made a sizeable change for me. I will keep doing this as I get triggered by women and I feel like in not too long I will lose a lot of my fear around beautiful women.

    I had such a hard time achieving this state, up until I smoked cannabis for the 2nd time. It`s a process of self-acceptance, I had a rough time getting here but the feeling of being in your body and letting go of insecurities feels so freeing. Ty Brian! Now everywhere I go I can maintain eye contact and see women`s sub-communication signals.

    I feel like I'd been overwhelmed recently by negative emotions towards women as I forgot about all the positive experiences I have had with them... After the release it feels like there's less pressure now because I can associate women with positive experiences again... hmm... Until the next time I get triggered :D

    This video is really helpful, as are all your vids i have seen so far. Could you do a video with a pictorial depiction of how blocking emotions get cleared using various methods, and what methods are available and which are best for clearing , as well as how to detect and identify what the subconscious patterns that lead to fear and lack of confidence are in each individual. People, not just women, are then attracted to the authentic self, which is resourceful, and confident and brings a positive energy into the environment.. Also how you overcame your social anxiety in some detail, would help many for sure.

    That is great! Would love to see/experience more videos from you about releasing. When doing on my own it's effective but during all the repetitions I kinda get stuck in a routine and do it too automatically. When you speak it's like always one or two words/detail aspects I am having not present in that moment.
    The slight variation make big differences for me in getting deeper into the feelings.
    Also I think there aren't so many videos with a releasing process itself.

      Eventhough David explains the details very good your input on how to actually do it is unmatched.

    I think that this approach is great but im having a hard time feeling my emotions getting into that mindset that trigers my emotions i dont feel anything or very little when i think about what triggers my fear that causes that feeling in my gut like how a roller coaster makes your gut feel when you are descending down its anxiety and fear that i have a problem with then its that itty bitty shitty committee in my head that makes it worse after i fail or if i dont make my approach or even before i approach keep up the great videos ive been learning a lot from them thank you so much they really help

    You mentioned a desire being fantasy near the head area and that a desire has to be pulled down through the body to make the fantasy manifest into your reality. I've been doing intentional visualizing for years with not much success, could this be the missing link to manifesting fantasy to reality and if so how does one do this?

    Surprisingly , I thought that anxiety it was in the stomac. As I went through the exercise, actually I felt my spline (pancreas) , getting lighter. Now ,thinking about it, IT make sense. It,s said that the fear it,s stored in the spline . I feel lighter as I,m writing this coment. Step by step I,m letting go. . .

    The lengths men will go to nowadays to cope with reality and rejection...
    Reality is that it is almost impossible for ugly men to find a partner now that even below average looking women have multiple men lined up on social media and dating apps.
    It's a harsh reality to accept but it sure beats going through all these PUA shenanigans and blaming yourself.

      have clients who are physically disabled, short and chubby, bald, old, and on who have all learned to be good or great with women. I have clients who have been great with women even in the midst of financial struggles. When I was younger and totally hopeless with women, I had a roommate who was fresh out of jail, no job, no money...and he brought women home night after night. Another man I know lived in a van for a while and had a blast bringing girls back to his van. Because he owned it. He wasn't ashamed of it, and his confidence, charisma, and authenticity shone through. All the examples above did the same thing. I also have a client who models - looks like a GQ cover - and is shredded, but he came to me because in spite of that, he was still struggling with women because he didn't know how to connect with them and he still felt insecure deep down in spite of his looks and muscles. It's not your looks or money - it's who you're being and your personality as a man. Looks can help a little, sure, but they're far from the determining factor.       @@TheFearlessMan women are masters of female and male energy nowadays . They have great social skills and intuition but they are also stone cold logical and opportunistic. Hypergamy is the name of the game. Women want men of higher value. I tried so many, many things to be a man of value and to be good with women. But I have been weighed and measured and found wanting. I'm so done with women telling me I'm not good enough or literally ignoring me when I try to talk to them. If anything I have too much self love to keep doing this to myself. I know what I achieved in my life and how hard I worked to be the person I am today and I'm damn proud of that!

      I really hope to be proven wrong but this has been my experience.
