Letting your car warm up at idle instead of driving it up to temperatur is a pretty bad idea btw.
It just prolonges the coldstart phase, which is the most tasking for your engine. And even 20 min on idle barely increases oiltemperature.
EDIT: Wait, that Golf 3 has 1000hp, but is still frontwheel-drive?!?! 🤦♂😆

But there is something wrong with the supra map ,turbo size or gear ratios ,i think...
It sound like you only have 2-2.500 rpm once boost builds? It's just starting to give full power and you have to shift allready, wich makes you fall out the powerband in the next gear...
Also go to a proper chassis/suspension setup shop , the supra does not corner AT ALL!
The smallest steering input makes it rub allready 😅
