I'm from East Asia and in my culture we apply henna on our hands during special occasions like Festivals Eid, party, engagement, marriage or sometimes when we wish like it's so beautiful and henna gas many colours and forms but we apply the one with black colour after washing hands colour turn out red/maroon it's really beautiful and is simble of purity in my culture. in old times henna was only applied to married women's or the bridals same goes for NAILPOLISH but with time changes now everyone can apply henna no matter single or married
