GOATHIMTANO was using only 1% of his power, therefore was surpressed by 99% because he felt pity on her 2. he didnt use any transformation like HIMJAX, QUEENNORA, ARLEPEAKNO and only used his weakest attacks, his strongest attack would have destroyed 200% of natlan 3. GOATHIMTANO again, felt pity for mavuika and let her hit him for free and didn't hit her so the plot could continue 4. also keep in note that GOATHIMTANO is self aware of the plot because he is HIM, therefore knew what would have happened if he went 100% and folded mavuika's fodder ass
