When I first was playing RRO, I loved my Porter 2 with the twin headlights. Ran it like a shuttle between the lumber and sawmill and it would take a couple of cars to the iron mine before I could afford something larger. Always use my rolling stock in pairs with a handbrake on either end of the pair, but I never did get much larger than an eight car train.
Kerbo, thanks for another great RRO video. I really look forward to and enjoy your videos. I admit I like the ones where you are running trains better. Please keep up the great work! P.S.- Your initial videos back at the very beginning of RRO got me to buy the game AND join you as a subscriber!
The two levers on top of the boiler are the compressor and the brake. The compressor lever needs to be moved out of the way every time you load a save, but you can throw the brakes on without moving to grab the hand brake.
A good way of distinguishing the coal mine from the iron mine, could be to use the UK and South African term "Colliery". I know it wasn't used in America, but it might be useful in case you keep calling things the wrong name! 😂
@@KerboOnYT yep my habits came from it’s little brother dayz after almost 2k hours it’s just second nature to the point I expect it to work on other games

Thanks for watching!
TH-cam doesn't show you as a sub but it could be broken. I've had it unsub me from channels randomly so it could also be that

I find the hand wheel much easier. The brake lever is a little fiddly. Thanks for watching!

Happy Thanksgiving!
I've a functioning hump/sorting yard! rolling resistance is no problem, I've used one of the built in humps by the freight depot.
Good to know
Happy thanksgiving! and thanks for your RRO service!
Good to know I’m not the only one who tries to zoom in in games where you can’t zoom in
After thousands of hours in ArmA, it's a hard habit to break

Come home to a 30 min vid from Kerbo, life is good 😁
Thanks for watching!
I wish wheelship was a thing. Just imagine the "Railroads Online Jump-scares"...
It used to be a thing. It was a struggle getting up the iron mine grade on the old map back in the day (season 1)
I was the 13th person to watch this. Happy Thanksgiving
Happy Thanksgiving to you as well

Why are you not using reverser?
The reverser only makes you go forward or backward. It doesn't change valve timing like the real thing.
