Regan is such a humble guy. Love how he sits back and listens to and respects his 'elders'. Can't wait for his comeback. 🇦🇺💪

He sounds very nice and friendly. Always giving political answered never trying to offend anyone lol. Also an amazing physique can’t wait to see him compete this year.

Sure milos is Entertaining but if he had consulted Dave Palumbo as his Posing Coach, he could've done so much better.. Just imagine Milos performing Daves Bull Frog posing Routine & executing his favourite Pose "The Rear Glute Spread".
Holy shit I spit out my coffee. As soon as you said bull frog I immediately pictured him hitting that pose.
Jay is undoubtedly one of the greatest of all time! Love seeing him so involved in the sport many years after he left the stage. All around great guy!

@@youdub7926 comparing eras is hard. I had the same list in my head myself, but I’d put Jay in over Arnold. His physique just doesn’t compare to todays olympians. Yeah yeah 7 titles blah blah blah. I’ve got Ronnie, Phil, Haney, Dorian and Jay in my top 5

Nick is so confident because he knows that he does everything within his power to maximize what he has… The fact that none of these other guys have that confidence, despite their structural blessings, tells me that they know deep down that they just don’t execute on that level or at least don’t believe that they do…
what confidence? during the Olympia press conference Walker was intimidating Hunter Labrada and Derrick, but as soon as Andrew Jacked and Blessing showed up he turned into a kitten lol

I just looked at Ramy's 2013 New York pro win and his back looked really good. Being that his lower lats are atrophied I think he was trying to pinch his shoulder blades together to much at the Olympia to try to create more of a lower lat insertion look.
But that made him look even worse because pinching his upper back was totally separating the upper and lower back and exposing the lower lats even more his back was still the same even in 2020 but the pose execution was different he was opening up his back so the upper and lower back can blend with each other. That’s my opinion
Just like Iain, Ramy had full lats from top to bottom, a few weeks out. Thats not atrophy. Thats missing the peak. Three days after Olympia Iains back was insane. So Im sure Ramy has been looking at his back again. Now he does have some other issues.

Best podcast hands down, honest opinions, at the end of the day everyone has an option. I think Arnold Classic will be between Andrew and Samson -time to take this sport into the right direction.

Can't wait for Regans next show. He has such a great symmetrical physique people forget because he needs to fill his physique. Once that's done he will be next to Samson and Andrew with best physique imo.

Regan never dials it in. Huge now. Show time he drops 50 pounds. Just not a top guy. Never was. He won a few bum shows at best
That’s good to hear you are still 240 and everything is okay. Maybe it is the camera angles or something? Maybe you just look smaller sitting between Regan and Jay? Jay has gained some size/muscle recently and he looks noticeably bigger. This was a great episode and discussion!

What my favorite bodybuilders of yesteryear and today have in common is their completeness and symmetry. When I look a Derrick and Nick I see that and it's a credit to their dedication to the sport

Have to agree with Jay about Nick. As much as I like the aesthetics of Samson and Derek, Nick embodies the look of an Open Class Champion. Ramy & Samson better come in shredded if they don’t then Shaun for sure is taking 2nd at the lowest 4th. I’m willing to bet they won’t so I’m expecting Shaun to take 2nd.
Regan should be in top 10 of best bodybuilders when he comes back, that guy physique is bwamb. I'm waiting for his return.

I am a big fan of Regan and Milo’s. But Regan needs to be competing in the Arnold. This is $300K prize money on the table the Arnold is a huge stepping stone to the Olympia. Milo’s did 72 Pro shows. If you want to be a bodybuilder then get out there and compete! No excuses about Covid and need to get bigger! Hadi and Derek are not Mass Monsters and they are #1 and #2 in Olympia!!! Regan has all the tremendous potential but needs to get The “Eye of the Tiger”!

Confidence is a two edged sword, a guy can be confident enough to be realistic.

Milos and I got a a argument on insta a day after the Olympia due to him not letting the fans know about Logan franklins absence. Me and my boy love Milos. Any podcast he’s on he’s the standout guy, the favorite. You can just tell he loves bodybuilding x1000. If he could talk nothing but bodybuilding every second of the day he would 😂😂

I agree with the comments that confidence can really matter on stage. It’s like hearing people like Flex talk about going up against Dorian. You just felt Dorian couldn’t be beaten.
