@@Tony_Ningam I have tried meditation but all I experience are my thought bubbles. I do not experience peace, if anything I FEEL more agitated by this life experience. We would never teach our children by making them suffer. It would be inhuman, exactly how the universe works.
@@meskalokys what other teacher would one be willing to take seriously? sensation is inescapable and undeniable in the moment it happens. there are a million ways to describe suffering and the world of sensations, one of them is, that, within this mysterious thing called living and being, the world of sensations, including suffering, is entirely necessary, not only that, even perfect, just the way it is. notice just how intricate this whole thing is, it could not be any other way, yet we resist, we think it might, and we suffer.
Does awakening mean permanent awareness 24x7 ?
Awareness is always permanent even if it s veiled.
Awakening is the recognition of what you truly are.❤️

Thank you dear Tony for being you/me 😉..... found you last week....I listen to a lot of speakers to break with the deep conditionings that are settled in this mind and body...56 is this body now.... al this life I knew that there was something other then I was shown.....I was a spiritual seeker from 25 years old and was seen as peculiar ....nowadays everything is speeding up and I feel much more in my place ....I love that you are sometimes speaking about youre own awakening too ...the recognising helps al lot for me ....again: thanks a lot and please keep up the good 'work'...send you love ♥️🙏
