According to my sheet music it's actually in C Major, but people disagree about this stuff all the time if looking at various sheet musics are anything to go by. I played it in A minor so it would fit within the constrictions of the game. (I'm not saying you're wrong, in fact I'm curious what it would sound like if you played it.)
Yes, unfortunately Sky can't handle all of the notes with the setup it has. So I just make the most with what's available. Hopefully one day they'll make an instrument that lets us play accidentals (or the half steps/black keys on a piano.)

Thanks for asking. If you look at the buttons you press to play music, you will see that they are arranged into columns and rows. For convenience we label each button by it's row and column. It's similar to playing the boardgame Battleship. So when I say A1 what I mean is row A, column 1 (the button in the top left.) B3 is row B, column 3 (the center button.) Now as for what notes A1 and B3 represent, that's trickier.
