2024年3月末にオープン予定だった奈良県の道の駅「クロスウェィなかまち」は2024年度中オープン予定に変更になりました

明けましておめでとうございます😊年末から風邪を引いてしまいました｡ﾟ(ﾟ´Д｀ﾟ)ﾟ｡神倉山からの景色良いですね😊新宮と鵜殿の方まで見えて夜景はもっと綺麗だろうなと昔登った時に思いました🤔鈴島と孔島は知らなかったので一度行ってみたいと思いました😳熊野那智大社も行った事ないですがマッタリ歩きながら景色を楽しんでみたいです( ´ ▽ ` )くじらの博物館も記念メダル作ったりシャチ見たり等懐かしい思い出があります(*´∀｀*)古座に道の駅虫喰岩があるのも知らなかったですね😳柚香ちゃん美味しそうで買ってみたいと思いました😊次はいよいよ串本ですかね( ´ ▽ ` )また楽しみにしています😊

神倉山からの景色ホントに素晴らしかったです！夜景もきっとキラキラ輝いて素敵だと思います✨(道中の階段がもの凄く急で電灯がなかったように思いますので夜に行かれる場合は灯りがあった方が良いかと思います☺️)
鈴島・孔島は観光客が少なく、のんびり散策できるのでオススメです👍
熊野那智大社は那智の滝と一緒に廻られると景色と瀧、2倍楽しめると思います♪
くじらの博物館、私も30年ほど前に行きました。記念メダルが作れるのは知りませんでした。良い記念になりますね😄
虫喰岩も自然の造形美を楽しめるのでお近くに行かれた際はぜひ足を伸ばして”柚香ちゃん”とともに楽しんでください☺️
串本にある道の駅「橋杭岩」は以前に訪れているので良かったら、そちらの動画もご覧くださいませ〜(^0^)/

橋杭岩の迫力は凄いですね！
超広角で撮っても入り切らないくらいでした💦
橋杭岩、虫喰岩、一枚岩など和歌山には自然の造形美がたくさんあってそれぞれ訪れるのが楽しかったです♪
体調が回復したらまた道の駅めぐりを始めたいと思います。

Every time I'm in Shingu I go to the foot of Kamikura jinja, look at the stairs for two minutes, and am like "さあぁ。無理、なぁー." Just like when Tabidora-san was at Matsumoto Toge 😂. The stairs are so long and steep and scary. I was once in Shingu in late January when they were preparing for the fire festival - - they were making huge torches, and I think they carry them while running down those stairs. It's crazy! I think they do the same thing at Nachi, from the Taisha down to the waterfall. But this time in JULY! 🥵 I haven't been to either festival because I think I would die just watching it 😵
I've seen an emaki by the artist Ōno Bakufu that illustrates the Kamikura fire festival (it was in an American private collection). The emaki wasn't labeled, but I recognized the Kamikura rock, and was like "Hey! I know that place!" So I read about Ōno Bakufu and found out that during the war he went to Wakayama prefecture and spent time painting (mostly fish and birds). He even went out to observe fish in his own little homemade submarine! 🐡
Maaan, I would pay US$10 to drink that チューチュー柚子ちゃん (34:27) right now. We don't really have any yuzu flavored stuff here😞

Thank you for sharing your experience in Shingu. It was fun to know that both of us had the same feeling when we saw the long, steep stairs. 😂Kamikura jinja was really nice! It took about 10 or 15 minutes to go up to the top of the mountain. I highly recommend you to go up and enjoy the beautiful shrine and scenery next time.
I didn’t know about the fire festival at Kamikura jinja, so I searched on Google and found a TH-cam video. It's called お燈祭り (Otoh-matsuri). It held on February 6, 2024, four years after the last one in 2020. It was exciting! The link is below. I hope you enjoy watching it. Thank you so much for teaching me about one of the famous festivals in Wakayama.

I didn’t know about Ono Bakufu. You know much more about Japan than I do! Amazing! I checked out his work and loved his gentle style of paintings. 🐟　They’re all beautiful.
