Carl has always been my favorite character. Rob Paulsen must have had a blast voicing him. He always sounds like he’s smiling in the recording of Carl speaking. Carl’s behavior goes from 0 to 100 in a matter of minutes and it’s amazing hearing how Rob projects his voice with him 💕
I’ve heard that Carl Wheezer is one of Rob Paulsen’s favourite character to voice act, hence why he often uses his Carl Wheezer voice for his Talkin’ Toons podcasts.

I’m starting to see a lot of the humor in Jimmy Neutron is the shocked/awkward jaw dropping reactions of the characters to each other’s actions and quirks. I kinda love that.
I just love how Carl puts up with Sheen’s bullshit everyday. But both of them equally hang out with Jimmy along with giving us comedy. This show is one of my favorite classic shows along with Fairly odd parents and Spongebob.
Marsh The Mime I ranked him to be underrated alongside Jeff Bennett; Rob Paulsen did great doing voices for The Animaniacs & Pinky and The Brain ( All properties from Warner Bros ) as for obnoxious characters that he voice which he criticized were Bubsy and Coconut Fred.
