So this is actually something I did quite a while ago and didn't post until now for some reason. I really liked how this one turned out, and of all the music I've done (released or not) this is the only piece I wouldn't change anything about.
Besides the fact that it's still not under 5 minutes.
Overall I really like how graceful the melodies are in this piece, everything flows really well even in the original thing. In my mind, it's the perfect soundtrack to a fight against something as powerful as Primal Dialga! It's honestly a fantastic theme all around and I knew it would be difficult to try and make it better than it already was. It's up to you, the listeners, to decide whether I succeeded!

This sounds like if explorers was an open world rpg and not turn based and you up against dialga in a more intense battle. I love it

I can see Primal Dialga and Palkia getting in quite a few unfair hits.
And maybe a little bit of some weird effects with Roar of Time.
I mean.. I would definitely play that, but… I should at least share the rage and frustration of the journey with the world, right?
Time and steel, two of my favorite things.
But for real though, I absolutely love PMD2. It's absolute perfection. My favorite game BY FAR. Occasionally I scour the internet in search of more arrangements of this theme, and I'm glad I found this one.

I'd honestly be happy if the og game was just ported to the Switch. My EoS cartridge is starting to reach the end of its lifespan haha (I've had it since I got my very first DS waaaaaaaaaaay back)

Primal Dialga was truly a hard fought battle if you are truly unprepared...
That’s a hard fought battle with or without preparation, absolutely challenging. And absolutely brilliant, once the rage subsides...
slower than the original one, but more épic by far. this music fix with the situation it sould be played. you are incredible. Maybe I should watch more of you're piece.

Ever since I've played Explorers of darkness, Dialga quicky became my favourite legendary Pokémon. Hearing his battle theme so well performed fills me with joy. You've earned my subscription and my admiration ;)
Poor Palkia became a pokedex filler real quick after this dropped
This is the most epic cover of my favorite boss battle theme I have ever heard.
I love even more the piece played this way. It transmits more the tension situation of that battle than in the music used for the turm based game.

The only thing I'm sad about is at the beginning, the whistling is missing a part compared to the original, other than that, this remix is absolutely perfect! Really is insane!

Necrozma was a cakewalk. Eternatus was WAY harder. They went Dark Souls with it. 3 phase fight.

@@JakeMenear Have your team 50+ before you face off against Eternatus. It's Dragon/Poison type. Sogaleo would be amazing for the fight. It has coverage moves too. Has a counter for steel and ice type. Counters fairy with the poison type. Very high physical attack to threaten psychic types squishy defense stat. My Eternatus has a physical attack of 402. Be prepared for a rough time.

It captures, not the desperation that most remixes do, but the importance, the scale of the fight. This isn't just a desperate fight, it's a desperate fight for all of time. For everything that ever way, and ever could be. It's for the friends you had, have, and could have.

I constantly revisit this remix, it's my favorite of all and you did an phenomenal job of capturing the intensity of the theme, especially with the painting it's not hard to imagine hearing this while going up against the titan of time 😵

Right now I’m working on a bigger project, although that’s not quite ready to announce yet. Beyond that I’m working on a couple original pieces (should be done in the next few weeks), and then more remixes.
I’ve taken a look on Palkia’s Onslaught and I’d definitely like to do it sometime soon! Thank you for the suggestion!

This remind me of BOTW’s trailer music, which is very high praise because that’s one of the greatest tracks in Nintendo’s history. You absolutely nailed it.
As Espy the Shiny Espeon said, the music has that kind of instumentals and added bits that give it that open world feel, and I actually wonder if it's possible for Nintendo to be able to make a Capsule Monsters Mystery Dungeon game similar to that of Legend of Link: Breath of the Wild, Not "Final" Fantasy XV, or maybe even the Macguffin Scrolls III Morrowind with combat mechanics similar to that of Dragon Ball Z Carrot, though not everyone can fly. Anyways, from a 1 to 10, I give this remix a 12(Not sorry) and I actually think this video needs more attention.
Also, to those who were triggered by the way I said the titles's name, I do not mean any hate towards the titles. I like Pokemon Mystery Dungeon, I like Final Fantasy, I am hooked on Skyrim, and I like Dragon Ball Z kakarot. I just like to poke fun once in a while.

Oh wow, i’ve got an idea for this! There could be this corruptive energy spreading around , and it somehow got to the legendary Pokémon. And in order to save them, you must battle them! And this could play for dialga’s fight :O (if this idea is already taken, my bad! I didn’t know)

I have a question, is it you who made the music?
Yes and no. When I make my ‘remixes’ I first carefully listen to the original music several times. I identify key motifs and melodies and transcribe those by ear, then I create a new version from scratch using those transcriptions as well as the original structure of the music. Sometimes I’ll keep closer to the original orchestration of the base music, but not always.
TL;DR - The original music is not written by me, the remix is, to an extent.

@@X-Demon You can simply look up the title on TH-cam or anywhere to find the original (which is part of an album). Additionally, I credit the original composer both at the end of the video, and in the description.
